hello to all, help me. i done with my assessment,waited for 15weeks...completed the reqts but i got my result.NOT SUITABLE. what will i do, i want to apply Skilled-Independent. suggestion please?

So, I have been reading this and it seems mahirap maka postive result sa AACA? tama ba?

Magmamatter ba kung saan univeristy graduate sa Pinas or talagang all disqualified? Gusto ko sanag marining kung merong nag try from UP? Thanks!
