Hi Sir....planning for our Big Move din by next year on that area..saan po kayo nag-apply?..baka may available din work for me...between rockhampton at gladstone po kasi pinagpipilian namin mag land..visa 489 po kami..

Medyo nag alangan pa sa offer sa Gladstone QLD kasi yung company at newly setup lng yung team nila at 3months casual rule muna then permanent. Napansin ko lng binabarat nla mga new immigrants

Medyo marmai ngaun opportunity sa QLD napansin ko lng.

@aron_drn sayang din yung offer pero depende naman sa visa status mo kung 189 or 190 mas madaming opportunity sa city, compared sakin na naka 489 visa restricted sa regional areas. Lahat ng calls na received ko from companies and recruiters were city based medyo frustrating on my part. Pero sige lang just keep on searching po

If u have Aus address you can buy online. Bought $4.90 sim with $50 plan credit. Unlimited call locally and 40gb data.

Pwede ka rin bumili ng simcard $2 sa petrol station, coles, safeway or other store then top up mo na lang pag nag register ka / nag activate ng sim.

try lng and try po. makaka kuha ka rin nian actually yung nag offer sakin ng work is prefer nila Pinoy worker kasi they have good experience sa mga pinoy daw...kaso hindi lng kami nag ka sundo sa rate at working hours 10hrs a day kasi.. anyway makakahanp karin nian lalot palapit na ang December yung iba magsialisan sa ibang area...

Hello @irenesky, If you’re in MCY, and di masyado mapili sa work, try applying at Nolan Meats in Gympie to help sa gastos for the mean time. It’s a butchery company and accepting casuals, part times all year round.

Been to that part of QLD and most jobs are related to agriculture, cattle farming, etc.

What do you mean po by granted by QLD? Adelaide po is not in QLD if QLD po ang nominated state niyo within suburbs or city po siguro lang kayo ng QLD pede. Or depende po sa kung anong visa meron po kayo.

Hello hello! Not sure if im in the right thread, tatanong ko sana sa mga nakapag-bm na, pano nyo pinadala sa Au yung baon nyo? May bank na kami sa Au pero syempre di pa activated hehe. If ever mag-PH bank to AU bank kami, dun muna namin ipapadala sa acct ng trusted friend namin. Pero mas convenient at cheap ba yun kesa western union? Thanks sa input in advance!

If you are within Metro Manila, go to Iremit in Ortigas(discovery suites). They will directly deposit it in you AU account with transaction fee of $10Aud lang. Kung ano conversion rate ng peso to aud within that day yun ang magiging conversion.

In my personall opinion and experiences at base na rin sa experience ng dating kasam ko sa SG na nag migrate na rin sa Ausi po. Some company knows na you have a visa which restrict only to regional and therefore they will offer you a basic minimum wage tapos magulat ka na lng yung tamang sahod pala is above..syempre as a step one move tangapin mo para lng em trabaho at pra maka start ka na dun...The company knows the game actually..not to discourage but kilangan maging wise din tau po in every moves ika nga.

Depende kung anong Engineering ka. Check mo sa seek.com.au at look kung saan madami opening. I know at Tassie there’s a $700M water related project 3-5yrs construction duration.

In my case I am an estimator so inaaplayan ko din assistant estimator or tender officer something like that basta makapasok sa industry

Hi there...d pa din kami nakapag big move pero nag open kami ng account sa NAB tapos plan namin from philippine bank to NAB na ipadala para hussle free..I think you can do the same...parang ito din yata ginawaga ng iba...super bilis lang naman sa NAB mag open ng account at may instruction dinsila kung sino imeet mo pagdating sa branch nila kung saan ka nag open ng account..tapos pwede mo din maview online ang account mo..hope this can help..

@imau Mas magandang ipaconvert mo ang phil driver's license mo to sg license. BTT exam (50 items pc test). Pag pasado ka dun direct convert na sa SG license with supporting documents like LTO Certification.

Note: Dapat may valid PH driving license ka before ka nagkaroon ng EP/SPass sa SG. Kasi kung hindi, mag undergo ka pa ng ibang test at practical test.
