Bridging Visa A - pwede kahit wala pang 189 invite?

Hello. I'm planning to go to Australia on a temporary graduate visa (18 months max, Visa 476).
If mag-lodge ako ng 189 EOI on my 13th month in Australia, paano kung hindi pa ako mabigyan ng invite by the end of the validity period of my existing temporary visa? Eligible ba ako for BVA while waiting for an invite? Or pwede lang ba yung BVA kung may invite na and naghihintay na lang ng grant?

additional detail: plan ko kasi makatapos ng Professional Year or at least 1 year work experience in Australia bago maglodge ng EOI for 189 para umabot ako ng 80 points.

hello @Oz2021 BVA is given to those who have a pending visa application. short to say, BVA are granted to those who have an invite, lodged the visa and waiting for their grant. so plan your time wisely kasi short lang ang 18th months kung naghahabol ka ng points.
Timeline: Student Visa Subclass 573 (Masters)
06 July 2015: Visa Grant
April 2018: Uni Graduation
Timeline: Permanent Visa (189) Accountant 221111
18 April 2018: ITA received - Visa 189
04 May 2018 : Lodged Visa Application - Visa 189
29 Aug 2018 - First CO Contact - PCC Qatar (partner)
9 Jan 2019 - 2nd CO Contact - penal waiver
18 Jan 2019 - Updated immiaccount with penal waiver
29 Jan 2019 - Forwarded PCC to gsm.allocated email
8 Feb 2019 - Visa Grant - Finally!!
Timeline: Citizenship
July 2020: Application lodgment
May 2021: Citizenship Exam
