If you have been invited for 189 already and have applied for it then just wait for a decision. It doesn’t make sense to go a step backward. You will get there you just need to be patient. 189 visa subclass is like gold these days.

@RheaMARN1171933 Hi, meron bang caveat or magiging issue kapag nag submit ako ng EOI as "single"? And let's say na-grant yung visa ko, tapos mag papakasal ako after 6 mos, may issue ba yun? Salamat

You just have to update your eoi once you’re married

Good Day Sir/Mam any Insights will be very much appreciated. ;)

I recently lodged my EOI for visa 189 all DIY. To take advantage of the nov 16 additional 10pts for single applicants to claim 80pts.
I stated my relationship status as "never married" which is true but my partner and I are expecting our 1st child this Jan 2020 and now applying for marriage license. We are planning to get civil wed after the ITA(if fortunate) to not affect the claimed points. Ive read that it is more practical to include her in the Initial application as dpendent.
Would this affect my visa application?
Is it better to get married after the ITA or Visa grant?
Can I bring my partner/child along with me even though I initially stated that I am never married?
If i change the nver married status to engaged status would my DOE be queued again at the bottom list?
    Thank you very much :)

Based on what you mentioned, you’ve just lodged your eoi pa Lang. If your status has changed and you are married then you need to update your eoi. If it’s just married licence then there’s nothing to update.

hello, its been a long time I haven't logged in and hindi na ako updated sa new rule to immigrate in AU. May nabasa ako na may 10 points ang single - You are single or your partner is an Australian citizen or permanent resident" kaso not sure lang how to claim points for single. As in single ba to or single but in a relationship with an AU citizen or PR. Medyo naconfuse lang. In my case I am single but not in a relationship to any Australian citizen or PR. May 10 points ba ako?

Also madali bang ma-invite if my points is 65-70? Parang pansin ko kasi un mga naiinvite, ang mga points is nasa 75-85. Thank you.

if hndi sila part ng eoi and ITA, then no. but you can bring them later on as partner visa and dependent child visa which is costly and long processing time afaik

-yes its practical to include them if gsto mo tlga sila isama later on, it will save you time and money. though u may lose 10 points as single. you may claim for other things like increasing your english test score or skilled partner/partner's english test score

    thanks alot sa reply sir.
Na confuse kasi ako while making EOI. Engaged status is under the "single" drop down list. Ma claim ko padin kaya ang single points ko if i change it to engaged (from nver married) ayoko lang galawin baka mabago DOE ko. 80 kasi cut off limit ng occupation ko kaya Im considering all my options.
Another question sir if I apply for both 190 and 189 and nauna mg ITA ang 190 most likely ba hindi na mg bibigay ng ITA for 189? thank you Sir.

And nakita ko din etong SS from other thread.

Hello everyone, I’m a silent reader in this forum and DIY applicant. But since I have not found any thread about creating a multiple or single EOI, I hope someone could help me answer and understand my concerns.

So in a scenario wherein I wanted to submit an EOI for visa 189, 190(any) and 491(any):

    With multiple EOI:__
If for example EOI 1: for 189; EOI 2: for 190; EOI 3: for 491
1.) We can create as many EOI with the same email address and data, just different visa types, right?
2.) Assuming you have received an ITA in the following cases:
a.) If assuming you have received an ITA for EOI 2, will this EOI be close for future invite from another states?
b.) Since you have another EOIs, EOI 1 and 3 are still open for an invite, right? Even though your data in all EOI are the same.
c.) Then months after while you are processing for EOI 2 requirements, you received an ITA for EOI 1 and since EOI 1 has better benefits than EOI 2 ITA (assuming no issues and everything is smooth), you can withdraw EOI 2 and go for EOI 1. Will it cause any issues with the DHA? If ever visa 190 is already granted or awaiting for grant.

With single EOI for all visa types:
1.) If assuming you have received an ITA for visa 190 (NSW), will the DHA remove your entry for other visa types (189 and 491) in their list for future invitation?
2.) If #1 is YES, you won’t get the chance to receive an invite for 189 anymore?
3.) With my understanding in the screenshot below from the DHA, you can receive 2 invitations with single EOI which means the answer for #1&2 is NO, right?

Another thing, hehhehe sorry I have so many concerns.
1.) Will there be no issues in applying for any states in visa 190 and 491, knowing that most states require to have an employment offer especially for 491? And I don’t have any job offer yet.
2.) Currently, I submitted a single EOI for visa 189 (85 pts), 190 (any) (90 pts) and 491 (any) (100pts) for an Accountant. But the chances is very unpredictable and since I am just DIY, I’m worried if I did the right thing because I badly wanted to move to AU ASAP, just like most of us here and hoping to get any chance. But I am also considering on creating a multiple EOI instead to be safe in case the answer for my concern in #1 and 2 in the “with single EOI...” above is YES.
Shall I go for the multiple EOI or stick to my current single EOI for all visa types? I hope someone could give me the best advice please.

    Thank you. :)

@pinoyAussie kung same EOI yung 189 at 190, once makareceive ng ITA malocked na agad ito. pwede mong gawin is to create 2 separate EOIs tapos withdraw mo na lang yung isa after makareceive ng ITA yung isa.

Hello po mga kabayan. Mag ask lang po sana me help and clarification regarding sa "requirements specified in the TSOL for your nominated occupation" stated below po kay Tasmania:

Just to share po tapos na po kami ni hubby magpa-assess kay EA (Me as PRINCIPAL: Engg Technologist PTE: Sup ; Hubby: Telco Engr PTE: Comp)

    Engg Technologist :Principal
*Qualifications and experience must be directly linked to another Engineering occupation listed on TSOL.
**Q: Ano po ibig sabihin nito na linked to another Engg Occupation?

*At least 5 years post qualification experience plus
**Q: Meaning po ba nito, after ko po ng study (bachelors degree) dapat po may 5years akong assessed Relevant Overseas SKilled Employment?

    EITHER

    • Engineers Australia Stage 2 Competencies Assessment OR Chartered Professional Engineer as recognised by Engineers Australia* *If gained more than three years
Q: Ano po meron sa stage 2 assesment? Dba po Stage 1 yung pagpapa-assess kay EA? Panno po mag pa-assess for Stage 2?

Sana po may makahelp samin. DIY lang din po kami ni hubby. Salamat po. God bless po :)

Salamat sis! Syempre sayo din, malapit na rin. Hoping for a wonderful Christmas for all of us. :) I miss Korea na nga eh.

@No_ri_09 Ano po ba ang occupation ninyo? Some skills assessment bodies require some level of English proficiency as part of the assessment process.

Sa push of regional migration ngayon, mas mabilis ang processing of 190 grants.

    Question Regarding 190:

After ka maigyan ng invitation to apply, you have 14 days to submit an application. May kailangan na bang iprovide na evidence or requirements sa 14 days na period na to?
