    • hello :) if section 1 ang school, your qualification is mostly assessed as comparable to the educational level of a qualification on the Australian Qualifications Framework (15 point). If section 2,3 -you may need to provide additional requirement to support your application(10 points)

@Pherds note that institution listed under sections 1,2 & 3 are all comparable to AQF educational level. Section 1 means that the bachelor degree is equivalent to an AQF bachelor degree.

Nakita ko na po yung list of school sectioning in the below link.

Your qualification has been assessed by ACS based on your institution being on section 2. Most likely your average gpa is within the required grade that’s why your qualification is recognised as an AQF degree. Therefore 15 points. If you gave the assessment outcome, no need to analyse which section your institution is listed under as it has already been done by the assessing authority. Just base everything on the the outcome letter. Good luck

Just to note, the assessing authority doesn’t have a say on this. They also rely on the Country Education Profile when assessing the qualification. They don’t have the ability to analyse overseas qualifications and how they equate to Australian standards. They only specialise on the actual skillset of the applicant.

Good day po. Hope you could help me regarding employment section ng EOI. Isa ko pong employment was from 2011-2015. Pero sa yung assessment ko, the following employment after September 2012 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level.

Ok ba imark yung buong 2011-2015 employment entry as related to the nominated occupation? Or dapat iindicate yung start date ng employment as Sept 2012? As of 2019 kasi naging Equal to or greater than 8 Years na yung bracket ko so tumaas ng 5 points. Isip ko lang baka ma question pag na invite. Advance salamat sa tulong.

    • you can only claim kung ano yung nakasaad sa letter which is after Sept 2012
If isasama mo ang 2011, hindi mo nasunod yung nakasaad sa letter and if na invite ka including that experience from 2011, mag ooverclaim ka ng points, which can be a ground for visa rejection kaya extra careful ka sa part na iyan.

    Hello po!

Ask ko lang po if na remove yong occupation sa list meron pa po bang chance to apply?
Medyo na confuse po kasi ako, Qld po kasi naglabas ng news na certain occupations will be removed.
And sadly, nakasama po yong occupation ko :( :( . Does this mean sa qld lang at sa ibang state pwede pa sila mag accept? TIA!

Yes that’s correct. If the occupation is still on MLTSSL or STSOL, you just need to find a state/territory open for that occupation and see if you meet their requirements

Hello, pwede po ba mag-apply for both 189 and 476 (graduate skilled visa) at the same time? Would having multiple applications for different Visas hurt my chances of getting PR through 189?

    Hi, everyone!

Quick question: If I wanted to go out of Australia (assuming I get approved for my 2nd Bridging visa B) for Christmas holidays, will this jeopardize my current SC 189 application? (Lodged last June 2019).

    yes pwede.
it wont hurt but in case u get 189 granted and 476 next, then cancelled ang 189, unless withdraw mo ang 476 asap.

in my opinion, proceed with 189, assuming na you have enough points to be invited within a year (about 80 to 85pts). competition is really tough now. the soonest possible eoi for 189 is better. if u get 476 first, edi tatakbo uli ang oras at dadami pa lalo ang competitors mo sa slot sa 189 in the future.

in case hndi ka pa enough points, posible na mas ok ang 476 muna to increase your points.
when in au, u may get the australian relevant work exp and then take the exam yung Accredited Community Language for more add'l points.

@Captain_A Thank you! Will probably do the second option. Fresh grad pa lang kasi ako and I'm estimating by the time I leave for Au around 1yr work experience pa lang meron ako. Kailangan ko siguro din i-exhaust pa yung NAATI, PYear, and possibly Spouse Points para magka-pagasa sa 189.

Thank you again for the input.

Hi! i'm just curious and confused about states requiring "employment contract" or "current job offer" for state nomination. Mandatory requirement po ba talaga to or pwede pa din mag-submit ng EOI kahit wala pang job offer? Makakakuha po ba ng job offer before getting visa 491/190? almost all po kasi ng opening I checked require a valid work rights in Australia. Thanks!

Hello po, tanong ko lang po regarding dun sa new changes ngayong Nov regarding sa if single or defacto. may defacto po kasi ako na naisubmit EOI since January na may english at assessment pero that time 5 points lang naclaim namin. pero nito pong new changes, naging 10pts na po automatically. However po, nung iuupdate na namin ulit yung EOI, nawawala yung data nya for assessment na dating andun. naging tendency po tuloy, nagpalit ng DATE OF EFFECT yung EOI kasi parang nireentry yung paglagay nya ng assessment.

meron po bang nakaranas nun dito recently? nagupdate po kasi ako ng score sana ng PTE, kaso yung assessment biglang nawala dun ng defacto. kaya nagiba na din tuloy yugn DATE OF EFFECT. na sabi po daw based on rounds of invitations may bearing daw din po yung date of effect. :(

thank you po sainyong lahat and God bless!
