Question: Are there more chances of having a visa application granted if we have a migration agent?
I'm applying for a Temporary Graduate Visa (sub class 485) and I'm planning to apply on my own because getting a migration agent can be expensive.
Any info would be deeply appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

I currently have OSHC that will end by the 31st of March. I was thinking if okay lang mag-apply ng temp graduate na ang insurance ay OSHC and then I will apply for OVHC after my OSHC policy ends?
If not possible, do I need to have OVHC prior to applying for the visa or pwede na sya kunin after I applied for the visa?
Idk if I'm making any sense. Sorry

You have to arrange this to a provider na bigyan ka ng letter na meron ka ng Visitor cover (requirement for 485) kaya you need to call BUPA, NIB, or medibank, etc (kaw na pumili). Tell them na need mo ng cover for Visa 485 alam na nila yuna automatic
Sa BUPA back in 2017-2018, yung 1st payment ata namin for visitor cover ay nagsimula nung nagexpire na oshc namin.
Mark 11:24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

Thanks for the response. My current OSVC is with Allianz. I will contact them ASAP.
I have another question. Do I need to photocopy my original docs and have them certified by a JP and then scan them to include in my application for 485?

@hakister if your with Allianz, get their OVHC na lang for easier transition. Ganun ginawa ko kasi allianz din ako before for my OSHC and OVHC. Just tell them you will be applying 485 at the certain date so kelangan mo ng insurance cover letter for your visa application.
For the documents original documents lang inattach ko for my schools docs. Letter and transcript is already in pdf kaya iyon na lang finorward ko, and may third party verification kasi iyong pdf nung school credentials ko kaya hindi na ako nagbother magpaJP. iyong identification lang ata pincertifiy ko JP, which is iyong passport at birth cert. but if in doubt, you can have them all certified.

@hakister iyong verification na genuine iyong document and it is document provided by our university. I don't know kung lahat ng uni meron niyan. prang hindi nman hiningi iyong credentials ko sa pinas kasi iyong visa is for qualification obtained in Australia.. but I am not sure kung may changes na sa mga attachment kasi 2018 pa ako nagrant ng 485 visa.

Hello guys, any info on processing time ng 485 subsequent entrant these days? planning to lodge as soon as ma-grant 485 application ng partner ko.

Thanks for the response po.
What do you mean third party verification? May pdf copy po ako nung transcript ko pero parang di siya magiging valid pag i-send ko sa sa other recipients other than myself.
How about yung transcript nung nag-college ako sa pinas, kasali ba yun sa ipapa-certify true copy?

@hakister sorry kung naconfuse kita. it doesn't matter kung iyong school niyo meron niyan, alam ko colored scan copy of the original will suffice. pinakaimportante sa school docs iyong completion letter. I am not sure kung kelangan iyong transcript sa college, you can check the document checklist.

I checked it and nakasabi don na if I used some units sa ph uni ko to get advanced standing sa uni dito, I would need to include but then it also said na yung mininum duration ng uni is about 2 years.
3 years yung course ko dito then yung advanced standing ko is only worth 20 credit points. Hmmmm...
Also, kailangan po ba colored yung mga copies na ipapa.certify true copy bago i.submit sa immi site?

@hakister now i see bakit mo kailangan isama iyong mga credentials mo from Phils, dahil nagpacredit ka ng mga units. Wala kasi ako credits from previous qualification kaya I was wondering about that.

@hakister 1 course subject is equal to 4 credits correct? so kung susumahin more or less 2.5 years iyong education taken mo with an Australian university?

Yung student visa ko mag-eexpire by end of March this year. Tapos I'm about to finalise my documents for the temp graduate 485 application. Am I granted Bridging Visa once i applied for 485 or need ko pa mag-apply?

Question po sa immi account
Do you, or any other person included in this application, intend to be in a classroom situation for more than 3 months (e.g. as either a student, teacher, lecturer, or observer) while in Australia?
Yes po ba isasagot dito kasi mag aaral ako Professional Year? Salamat
