Yeah I agree na sobrang hirap ng document. There is no alternative and they are requiring us to comply.

Yes po, ako din yan ung winoworkout ko ngayon sa present and previous employeer ko as they are not giving COE with JD. I hope everything will be put into places so that I can able to comply with their requirements. Good Luck sa atin (kaya natin yan)

Pwede gumamit ng apps like Genius Scan para derecho na convert to pdf from camera.

The trick para sa mga docs smaller than Letter or A4 size ay ipatong sa malinis A4 or letter size paper saka kunan ng pic gamit app like Genius Scan para sakto sa size ang document na lalabas. Also take the pic in daylight condition para walang glare from flash at natural ang color outcome.

Also good for docs with more than 1 page... nasa isang file na lahat after saving.

Been using this at wala namang naging question sa submitted docs.

Just a question pala sa ibang nakakuha na ng ACS Assessment Result (Congrats) at nag fifill-out na ng EOI, since nagkaroon na ng specific "Date" yung equate to work. Does it mean na 12 May 2016 na ilalagay kong start ng claimed points ko sa EOI? As I recall kasi dati, ika next month ang pag claim ng for points. Thanks in advance sa makakasagot.

What the case officer did is, nag request sya saken na i-attach sa email all the docs required. May mga instances kasi na pag nag scan ka using at least 300dpi, lalampas talaga ng 3MB yung file size. Hindi ko magets kung bakit hindi pa nare-realize ng ACS ito.

Anyway, email them. Explain to them your situation and ask advise kung pano.

Curious din ako sa mga magre reply dito. Saken ginawa ko ignore ko yung nabawas na years of experience saken ng ACS since we need to provide yung ACS reference number ng assessment naten, case officers can always double check the assessment results. And then, meron nito:

Kailangan din pala ung with withness from overseas: If you are not in Australia, you will need to find an approved witness overseas. Anyone can correct my understanding po?

Share ko lang sa case ko..SG-based kami ng family ko and nagpa stat dec kami sa Australian Embassy. Ibang usapan na yung content ng stat dec mo syempre. Sinunod lang namin guidelines sa paggawa ng stat dec then submit sa ACS. Stat Dec was done Nov 2019 then we submitted docs on Dec 2019. After 2 weeks, we got a positive result of our assessment. No questions asked about the stat dec we submitted.

Ginawa ko, nag email ako sa kanila but then I realized na matagal sila magreply and baka abutan ng Christmas Break (I've done this last December 2019) kaya I proceed with my assessment and paid. You will have the same reference ID whether you finished and paid the assessment or just save your progress.

After a few days when they replied, I clarified what problem/error I encountered. Then finally, sabi ng CO saken, attach all the needed documents in the email before they pass my case to an assessor. Sabi kasi sa email reply, once napasa na nila sa assessor, hindi na pwede mag amend ng mga docs na nasa kanila na.

This was an advise by a friend na nagmigrate na sa AU and the logic behind is consul na mismo ang witness ng legal document na gagamitin mo, and there should be no questions asked sa integrity nito. Ibang usapan na yung content ng stat dec mo syempre. Sinunod lang namin guidelines sa paggawa ng stat dec then submit sa ACS. Stat Dec was done Nov 2019 then we submitted docs on Dec 2019. What do you mean po ba ng nagpa STAT DEC sa Australian Embassy?

This is my understanding po, just correct me if I'm wrong, What I need to do is go or visit the Australian Embassy (I'm located here in the Philippines) to check by them and confirm that all my documents are legal?

Share ko lang sa case ko..SG-based kami ng family ko and nagpa stat dec kami sa Australian Embassy. This was an advise by a friend na nagmigrate na sa AU and the logic behind is consul na mismo ang witness ng legal document na gagamitin mo, and there should be no questions asked sa integrity nito. Ibang usapan na yung content ng stat dec mo syempre. Sinunod lang namin guidelines sa paggawa ng stat dec then submit sa ACS. Stat Dec was done Nov 2019 then we submitted docs on Dec 2019. After 2 weeks, we got a positive result of our assessment. No questions asked about the stat dec we submitted.

Stat Dec = Statutory Declaration

I'm just talking about statutory declaration. Other requirements needed by ACS, check their FAQ and guidelines sa website nila. Andun na po lahat. May checklist din sila provided dun para ma double check mga documents na hawak nyo.

Back to your stat dec, check nyo rin po muna sa website ng AU Embassy dyan sa pinas kung offered nila yung stat dec sa notary service nila. Reminder, yung declarant po ang need na mag appear in front of the consul sa embassy, hindi po kayo.

Hi Guys,

I received an email from ACS saying that my work experience does not meet their 5 year requirement. They also marked my other Employment Entry (4 of them) as 'Not Closely Related to the Nominated ANZSCO'. Hence, they marked it with 0 months. However, I know for a fact that my chosen code closely relates to what I do in a daily basis.

I don't know what I have done wrong. I already emailed ACS asking for the specifics of the assessment.

What is your take on it? is it better to file for a review? re-appeal? or just file for a new application with a new Code? Please help me.

Thanks po sa insight, upon checking my nom. occ. sa ANZSCO skill level, same din po na 5 years ang ikakaltas since diploma po katumbas ng PH Degree ko from section 3 University. Not sure kung section 1 na Universities lang po makikinabang sa changes na to. Sadly, section 3 po ksi yung University ko. Isa pa po, hndi po kaya mejo risky kung hndi po susundin yung ACS assessment? Baka po ksi in the end maging over claiming of points na magresult sa visa rejection. Not sure, pero po parang confusing po yung claim na yun ni ISCAH.

Not sure sa definition nila na "Witness" per se. Pero mukang yung "Witness" na tinutukoy nila jan ay yung abogado mismo. Sa akin pina-notario ko lang yung stat dec document and present yung affiants ID kasi di ko na niyaya dahil busy sya. So far, wala nman tanong yung notary office at yung notario na yun ang sinubmit ko sa ACS, and ok nman outcome (thanks GOD!). Basta kung gagamit ng Stat Dec, don't forget yung COE ng affiant mo. Hello question regarding statutory declaration. nagpagawa po ko sa manager ko dati, kasi close na ung company. May nababasa kasi ako na need ng explanation from employer kung bat di sila makapag bigay ng employment reference. pano po kaya sa situation ko na close na ung company? need nalang ba sabihin un sa statutory declaration?
