I'm almost about to apply for citizenship. Nakita ko sa requirements ang Form 1195 which is the identity declaration form. Problem lang, I literally don't know anyone from the list. Anyone here who had the same problem?

@fully yung gp nyo or dentist or even chemist. Had the same issue, gp ko was a pr from Germany, dentist ko was new zealander so I ended up with my property manager na law practitioner.

@se29m Thanks for the reply! Have never been to a GP/doctor, never got sick here. Nagtanong na ako sa property manager ko asking if they are JP or anyone from their office is a JP, pero wala. I might know a "Finance Company officer" but I'm not so sure as "Finance Company" is vague. My colleagues are engineers, but I doubt they are EA members.
I've read somewhere that they had this sort of waived, parang colleagues na lang ang pumirma but with stat dec. Anyone here who na nag-try ding magpa-waive nito in a similar manner?

hello po. ask ko lang po, pwede ko pa po ba gamitin yung phil passport ko kahit approved na po ako sa citizenship? I was approved last month po pero I haven't received an invitation letter yet for the ceremony. And I'm planning to travel on April po. Thanks po

Ask ko lang sino dito nakatanggap ng 2 emails regarding citizenship? Yung una sinabe lang na magdala police clearance, pero wala pa nakaindicate date at venue ng exam. Ilang days bago nyo nareceive yung 2nd email?

13-Dec-2014- Initial Entry
After ko mag Initial Entry, bumalik pa ko ulit sa Thailand (where I was working) and nag-stay pako doon until 22-Dec-2015 (almost 12 months stay).. then umuwi muna saglit ng Pinas.. then Big Move ko to Australia was 07-Feb-2016
Question ko..
Ire-require kaya ako mag-submit ng Thai Police Clearance and NBI Clearance for my citizenship application? Sasabihin/I-eemail ba ko ng Case Officer regarding doon?

@wizardofOz Kapag nagstay ka ng 12mos sa Thailand, then most likely irerequire ka to get a Thai Police Clearance. Mas maganda na Iaccomplish mo na kesa antayin na irequest sayo kasi kapag inantay mo baka madelay application mo.

@tisay Hi, may katagalan ang citizenship application ngayon. Yung iba is nararandom check and just like you, they have to wait for years. Have you checked kung completed na yung documents mo? Isa ring reason yan, bakit tumatagal application. Have you submitted whatever document/s they’ve asked you to submit?
