Sa totoo lang, di ko rin inexpect yung nakuha ko sa reading ang listening kasi pag nagpapraktis ako, naglalaro sa 7.5-8 yung nakukuha ko...
Di ko sure kung natry nyo pero okay yung mga cambridge ielts na mga reviewer, yung version 6 & 7 yung nagamit kong praktisan...

uu, medyo kareer lang dapat... at least 3x a week siguro... analyze mo din yung result ng praktis mo to make sure na:
1. naintindihan mo kung bat naging tama yung sagot mo, so next time na u come across with something similar in nature, masasagot mo pa din ng tama
2. para sa mga maling sagot e, maintindihan mo din kung bakit sya naging mali and learn from it... Ganto yung ginagawa ko nun, nino-note ko kung bat ako namali like:
a. mali ang format ng sagot ko
b. naduling ako sa pagbasa (to remind myself to pay attention) kasi may ADHD ata
ako hahahaha, hirap concentrate
Also, sa test mismo:
1. save the best for last so, skip yung more difficult questions muna, para di ka magtagal sa isang item... kumakain din kasi ng oras yun and eventually magadd-up sa time pressure, e 1 pt lang din naman yun... balikan mo na lang in the end...
2. sa mga passage, ang ginagawa ko, binabasa ko muna yung tanong, saka ko hahanapin yung sagot 1 paragraph at a time, kasi more often than not magkakasunod lang yung tanong and kung saang paragraph sila nagaappear... kapag di mo mahanap (i.e. medyo difficult for you) skip mo muna... sa kaso ng TFNG, malamang NG to pag binalikan mo hahaha...
3. napansin ko lang sa IELTS (hindi ito absolute rule a) pero may good balance ang sagot, i.e. sa 6 item na TFNG, malamang 2 yung True, 2 yung False, 2 yung NG... Wala pa akong naencounter sa mga praktis na mas madami ang NG kesa sa T and F... so kung medyo off yung balance ng sagot mo, baka kelangan irecheck... same with multiple choice, usually balanse kung ilang beses lalabas ang a,b,c (and d)... pero yun nga, hindi naman absolute rule to, one thing lang na pwedeng mag-flag sayo na theres something fishy hehe...
Anyhow, mga pinoy tayo so yung english e, it's in our blood, so di ako naniniwala na di natin kaya yung band 7... most likely ang kulang lang satin is focus and poise under pressure, kasi malamang sa tagal na din nating graduate (nagkakaalaman edad haha!) hindi na tayo sanay sa exam conditions na minamani lang natin nung mga estudyante pa tayo

L-8 R-7 W-6.5 S-7 OBS-7....I need 7 for each band as required by CPAA...Ok ba magpa remark ng writing? Anyone who did the same thing before? Dito ako nag-exam sa BC Middle east. Please share your experience guys if it is worth for remarking ....thanks

Sa British Council ako nag-register for the exam, makakagamit ka ng library nila from Mon-Sat, since may work ako at that time, every Sat lang ako nakakapunta dun.
Maganda kung makakabili kayo ng book para makapag-aral kayo sa bahay. Swerte ako at binigay nung friend ko yung book na "Action Plan for IELTS" sa akin kasi tapos na sya mag-test.
Mas madali lang magreview for Listening and Reading kasi objective type.
Yung Writing at Speaking kasi depende sa examiner yung score. Basa na lang kayo ng madaming sample writing sa net at sa books para makakuha ng pattern. Yung sa Speaking, practice kayo with a friend or family.
Mag-mock test kayo madalas at orasan nyo yung pagsagot nyo.

05/17/11 - ACS favorable result released for my husband's skills assessment nominated job-261311 Analyst Programmer.
12/10/11 - Hubby IELTS first take at BC result L & R-5.5, W & S-6.0 OBS=6.0 retake!!!
12/30/11- Hubby registered at 9.0 Niners.
03/15/14 - Hubby's comeback at 9.0 Niners preparing for IELTS test. Second attempt for Australian visa.
05/12/14 - Complete uploading of ACS skills assessment required documents and payment made thru direct deposit.
05/12/14 - ACS assessment application received.
07/02/14 - ACS skills assessment result suitable ANZCO code 262113 Systems Administrator as recommended by CO for hubby's job description rather than ANZCO 261311 Analyst Programmer the first ACS ANZCO result suitable released in 2011. I conclude ACS reclassifies ICT Occupations.
- Work exp. 12yrs. less 6yrs deduction by ACS.
- Educ. Qualification assessed as AQF Associate Degree major in computing for a 4yr. course BS. Computer Science in a section 2 school.

This is an example question from previous IELTS exam. Pano po ba tina-tackle iyong statement na "To what extent do you agree or disagree?" Tama po ba strategy ko kung sakali.
Structure:
Introduction
Second paragraph, my opinion na agree ako and give my argument.
