Question po re payment evidence. Yung payment evidence ba ilalagay kasama ng Work Experience Documents na PDF per employer (i.e. Company A employed during 2012 - 2014, so kasama na yung payment evidences ng 2012 - 2014)? or hiwalay po na PDF yung lahat ng payment evidences?

Hello,

Anu po mas better? Gumawa ng sariling Job description or gamitin yung official JD issued by the company? Kasi, i already received my assessment but sadly, it was negative due to the fact that they marked my entered episodes as not closely related to my chosen code.

I have been working as a Technology Support Engineer here in the Philippines for nearly 5 years now. Handling various network/security solutions and providing services to clients. Hence, I chose 263111 as my ANZSCO code.

Question po ulit: In the personal details section of ACS, there is a disclaimer for me to upload birth certificate or passport, which I did kasi may asterisk, kaya inupload ko po yung passport ko.

However, later ko nalang narealize na it seems that the correct PDF file to be uploaded in this section is the personal documents PDF pala which consists of the passport, marriage cert (if applicable), and resume.

Since hindi po pwede magdelete, can I attach the correct file parin po ba? Nagemail na rin po ako sa ACS pero check ko narin po ang feedback ninyo. Maraming salamat po!

Not sure sa definition nila na "Witness" per se. Pero mukang yung "Witness" na tinutukoy nila jan ay yung abogado mismo. Sa akin pina-notario ko lang yung stat dec document and present yung affiants ID kasi di ko na niyaya dahil busy sya. So far, wala nman tanong yung notary office at yung notario na yun ang sinubmit ko sa ACS, and ok nman outcome (thanks GOD!). Basta kung gagamit ng Stat Dec, don't forget yung COE ng affiant mo. Once you have uploaded the documents in the ACS site you cannot delete it anymore.
Yes, you have no choice but to attach the correct file instead.

I was deployed in Japan for almost a year (2019) by my present company.
My question is that I couldn't understand below information:

if you can ask your previous/current employer to use JD that you composed, the better.

just upload separate files for your MarCert (if any) and resume since your passport is already attached...

if it's still less than 3mb then it's better to upload it together with your COE/employment reference... otherwise upload them separately, just name the files accordingly

that means your deployment to Japan is just practically a long business trip, hence no need to make a separate entry for it. it should be covered in your entry for your current employer.

that means your deployment to Japan is just practically a long business trip, hence no need to make a separate entry for it. it should be covered in your entry for your current employer.

Thank you very much po! Will do para isang PDF nalang under work experience. Sorry last question po, meron kasi ako certifications pero hindi Cisco or Microsoft, hindi naman po bawal na iadd po yun diba na iadd naman under qualifications. Salamat po!

yeah sure, i dont think it would affect your chances of positive assessment if you added them. kung abot pa rin ng 3mb kasama na yung certifications at payment evidence, mas okay. otherwise, isa isa na nga lang... pero alam ko meron rin na total limit ng uploads e di ko lang matandaan... dito ko lang rin nabasa yun sa forum.

I was setback with my application. Mag re-apply ako this July kasi yung isang episode ko was marked as 'Not Professional ICT Level Experience'. Almost 1 year din yung job ko na yun but I think yun lang yung naging tama sa assessment nila.

I was also thinking po to make a Statutory Declaration, signed with my Manager stating na yung work ko talaga ay related sa 263111.

I may have to ask din po yung option na sinuggest niyo if possible siya sa company namin. Thank you po ulit.

Pwede din po ba mag sign as witness ang former colleague sa stat dec in an instance na ayaw ientertain yung request ko ng dating boss ko?

Gumawa kasi ako ng JD ayaw isign ng dati kong boss bitter pa sa pag alis ko 5 years ago.

Payslips
Tax cert
Insurance na tied sa employer
Bank statement

For my very first company na I've worked for 2 years (2013-2015) wala na talaga kong naitago na payslips, then yung tax cert ko ang meron lang ako 2014 lang
So parang ang kaya ko lang maprovide is Bank Statement. Paano po kaya yun eh at least 2 po ang need?

The rest of the companies ko kumpleto ko naman na ako. Etong 1st company lang ang problema ko.

Hmm since may limit po pala ng PDFs, I guess the best thing na gawin is iconsolidate nalang? baka mag max number of uploads.

Ms @RheaMARN1171933, kailangan po ba yung employment history din ipakita from SSS website? or pwedeng yung contributions lang po? Yung problem po is yung employment history sa SSS is mali at hindi na daw nila makocorrect yun. Yung sa contributions naman, walang nakalagay na company. Salamat po!

Good morning po with regards to statutory declaration of a colleague paano po ito "An explanation will be required from your employer as to why an employment reference letter cannot be provided.?" Reason kasi ng HR namin is hndi sila nagbibigay ng with job description

Hello. After almost 4 weeks, we received email from ACS requesting for additional document:

Please upload the following documents into the Online Application Form:
Colour copy of the complete academic transcript for your Bachelor degree

We uploaded "red ribbon" TOR and Diploma maybe that's the reason why they are asking for the coloured copy.

Can you please advise if they only need the TOR or do we also need to send the coloured copy of Diploma?

If nakasama sa red ribbon ung diploma, then you have to send them both. In general, it's better to send more evidence to save time.
