@xiaolico marami stories of students na naging PR dito sa AU. Usually, stepping stone lang yung pagiging student to prepare for PR visa. 35 pa lang naman friend mo and pwede naman i-habol yung points sa ibang criteria but of course depende pa din sa profession ng friend mo.

Consult a well reputed agent. they know the workarounds and will advise you the right things to do. usually, libre lang naman consulting. and it's better to consult na din rather than giving false hopes sa friend mo.

Hindi po. Dapat kong when nag start yong class mo that's the time na pwedi ka ng mag work. I arrived 4 days before my class so hindi pa me pwedi makahanap ng work unless nagsstart na yong class ko. What to do first is to create TFN, create a bank account, call your OSHC provider if you have your address to live na. Gala muna because if you have work you would have lesser time to gala na. Hahahahahaha.

Dunno how true :#

hmm alam ko depende po sa insurance provider e. si Bupa mahigpit not sure po sa iba. kaya lumipat kami ng cbhs. pero so far di pa kasi nagcclaim yung partner ko kaya di ko rin masabi kung magkakaproblem kami. pero nakapagpacheckup naman ako and wala naman issue so far.

Hello po! I just want to ask if there's a chance for me to get a Student Visa if I apply to a non-university institution, specifically New Era Institute? I am planning to process my Student Visa with a help of an agency. It would cost a lot of money po kasi so I'm very skeptical with what I should do first or what steps should I take. I really need an advise po and I would really appreciate it if I can get some advise from you. :)

Hello. Just wondering if anyone here can give me an advice on this topic in regards to student visa. This may or may not be the right place. My sister is in her 3rd semester studying in Australia. Unfortunately she failed 2 subjects in the last 2 semesters so she needs to extend her stay in Oz to finish those 2 subjects instead of graduating by the end of this year after she completes her 4th semester. I understand that there is no such thing as student visa renewal or extension in Australia but I want to know our options weather she needs to apply for another visa or what not. Please note that she wants to work while studying. Another dilemma is that if we do apply for another student visa, she won't be able to do a full time semester per se cos she's only doing 2 subjects ( you need to do 4 for it to be considered full time) and that is a requirement to obtain another student visa. Please don't refer an immigration agent. That is our very last resort. At the moment, we are trying to figure this all out ourselves. I have looks all over the web for any information but I have come up with none, hence I am posting this in this thread. If you know another thread that can answer my question then please do send me a link. Thank you very much in advance.

hello friends! may mai-aadvise ba kayo na cost efficient schools or institutions , para sa MBA+MPH (Masters in Business Admin and Masters in Pubic Health) ? ? Ung sa Torrens Uni and Kaplan Business School so far ang nakikita kong mura na schools na pwedeng pasukan, pero nag rrange pa din sya ng 300k per sem. (trisem for 2yrs).

Hello guys, need advice. I was on Post grad visa 485 and na-expire na nung Feb 2020. So nag contact kami ng agent na taga AEAS (Australian Education Advisory Services) to help us with student visa dahil nga po wala pa kami invitation for PR. Nag-send ng invoice si Ms Vida Fernandez saken and nagbayad ako kasama na dun yun Student Health Cover namin dalawa ng partner ko, initial pay sa tuition fee and processing fee sa immi.

Nung April 2020, nag email samin yun school na hindi daw kami bayad sa initial pay tuition and mag co-commence na so need na mag pay. Kinontak nami si Ms Vida, and ayun na sort-out niya naman after 3 times namin mag email sakanya. Sabi niya don't worry daw kasi dependent lang naman partner ko and i-sort-out niya with her accountant.

Puro follow up lang reply. Pinagpapasa pasahan lang ako. Wala man lang email back si Ms Vida kung ano nagawa niya to follow up.

Thanks for the heads up po. We'll take note of that agency and sabihin ko na din sa mga classmates ko dito. Do you have other contact sa agent niyo po like phone number or email? Any way that you can go to their office and escalate your case sa head mismo? Hope you'll sort this out po.

Kapag nag message ako sa facebook puro lang "We will forward your message to Ms Vida."

Sorry to say this pero di ko nilalahat. Do you have their office address po? Some offices are back to operation naman. Hirap naman kase to sort this out if walang help mismo sa involved na tao.

That's high already, baka dumating na yun this New Fiscal Year?

Good day po! ask lang po ako ng help. Pwede po may mag link/direct sakin dito sa forum kung saan po yung mga information/details about sa pag apply ng partner or defacto visa. Sobrang confused po kasi ako kung anong visa and process. So I’m living here po in Sydney with student visa. Balak ko po sana if maging okay makauwi ng Pinas mag civil wedding po kami ng boyfriend ko and makuha ko po siya dito sa Au with me. We’ve been together for more than 12 years so we plan na po mag settle down next year. Sana may makatulong! Maraming salamat po and Keep safe all!!
