@aanover thank you . Ask ko na din regarding sa list ,
    1. Yung photograph Ano po ang iproprovide?

screenshot sa facebook/instagram and photos together. I collected them and placed them in a Word tapos in a timeline format. ex. Date | Activity/Occasion | People with(if Applicable) |Photo

    1. Then sa length of the defacto relationship po? If you’ve not been po ba sa defacto no need to provide evidence ?

we applied as Married couple so technically our evidences will be assessed as Partner not de facto. However we still have more than 12 months of relationship evidence (travel, phone logs, bank transfers). Di lang kami nakapagsatisfy sa 12 month co-habitation kasi majority ng relationship namin LDR kaya nagpakasal kami dito sa AU on his first entry para di na namin need i-satisfy yung 12 month rule.

    1. Evidence of health ? Need na po ba magpamedical?

My husband did his Medicals 12 months after lodging. He lodged his application 18/12/2018 then medicals and police check 18/11/2019. Until now wala pa kaming CO assigned. Buti nlng di kami nagpamedical agad kasi for sure uulit sya kasi expired na before a CO is assigned. Ako as a sponsor, no need to do medical.

    1. Nature of the couples mutual commitment to each other - Ano po evidence prinovide nyo ?

Statutory Declaration, Screenshot ng Superfunds and Insurance stating he's a beneficiary. Updated information ng Kid's school and daycare records stating he's added as an emergency contact information.

    1. Other documents - Ano po prinovide nyo ?

-every 2 months we upload a document with the updated joint financial activities, our photos, travel, purchases.
-uploaded invite I letters created for his family.
Statutory Declarations of Non-AU witnesses who are not qualified to fill out form 888

    1. Relationship - Spouse, de facto , evidence of - Ano po prinovide nyo?

Marriage Certificate from NSW Registry of Births Deaths & Marriages

Pasensya na po if I ask too many questions . I hope you can help me po.
    Thank you

    All the best.

Hi, ask ko lang, nakaka work na ba partner mo during his bridging visa? i know it's full work rights pero nagiging issue ba to minsan sa employers kasi naka bridging visa lang?

Yes nagwowork na sya. Di nga lang sa field of work nya sa Pinas. He’a an Electrical Eng’r back home pero dito need pa nya magparecognize ng prior learning. It took him 4 months bago nakaland ng Permanent Full time. Tyagaa lang sa paghahanap ng work.

thanks! that's good.. akala ko kasi ang tingin nila sa bridging eh parang tourist visa lang din hehe. congrats pala, yup mkakabalik din sa field nya panigurado.

Hi Guys, we just finally submitted Partner Visa yesterday and was automatically granted with Bridging Visa but will only take effect once my tourist visa has expired (just an fyi to others  )
Anyways, got a few questions lang po. As for the health examination, when is the best time to do the health tests? kasi valid lang daw sya for 6months eh yung visa processing time daa namin is 22 to 29 mnths. so when is the best time po?

For the required attachments naman, i am being asked to provide character assesment/police check. Does anyone here knows how can i obtain that and send me back thru online? kasi sa mga nakikita ko maglolodge ka ng police check online tapos need mo pickup sa branch, unfortunately we filed visa as onshore. nandto na po ako sa AU.

Others waited until a CO is assigned and they were asked for police checks and medicals. As of writing, 13 months na wala pa din kaming C.O. assigned. My husband did his medicals, PCC (AU and PH)exactly one year after visa lodgement.

NBI -we went to the PH Consulate in Syd to have our NBIs processed, but since we are doing a renewal. they redirected us to sending the original expired NBI to the PH and let our representative process theme. We created an appointment and filled up the application online, send the application and the required documents including the old original NBI via mail with authorization letter sa Pinas for our representative to do the works. Sa Main Branch lang pwedeng i-apply pag representative ang mag-apply in bahalf of an overseas applicant. We got ours a week after filing.

Hi @aanover , thank you so much. You've always been a great help to us
Anyways sige po, i'll do my medical check a year after nalang din po since the results are valid for 6months lang.
    As for the Police check
NBI - ill do the same, apply nlng ako online and will ask my relatives to pick it up on behalf of me.
Pina-mail nyo pa po ba yung NBI nyo papunta dito sa AU or everythings scanned and sent thru e-mail?

As for the Police check? saan po kumuha si hubby ng police check? meron po ba way dito sa AU or have to apply it online and have it picked up sa PH, same as NBI?

AFAIK, 1 year ang validity ng medicals and PCC. When we lodged our PR 3 years ago, 9 months na yung medicals namin before kami na grant ng PR.

Si hubby Police Clearance from AU - we did not get this until he turn one year in AU. then NBI lang sa pinas, we did not pass Police Clearance from PH.

Not necessary na nakapangalan sa inyong dalawa yung unit lease, but preferred- kasi additional proof. I got approved for house lease before my husband arrived. Pina-add ko nlng sya as co-applicant nung nagkawork na sya then we uploaded the updated lease contract sa application evidences namin.

    HI, i'm here again.
Currently here at AU with a TV. My question is, we can apply for on-shore partner visa kasi wala naman ako "No Further Stay" condition right? My only visa conditions are "No Work" and "3 months max of study"
Kindly check the photo, please thank you.

Hi @aanover , need your help on question#34 under Form 80. So i have lodged my Partner Visa onshore and we are now dealing with the forms/attachments. Got confused on q#34 though where it asked what is the current visa i hold?
Mejo nagtatalo kami ng husband ko kasi he wants me to put Bridging Visa kasi un naman daw tlga ang visa ko ngaun. but then i was thinking that shouldnt i put Vistior/Tourist Visa kasi thats the visa i currently hold when i entered AU last nov 2019.. and my bridging visa wont be effective until march 1, 2020.
So really not sure how to answer this.

I am no expert but in our case, Si hubby naka Bridging Visa na nung nagcomplete kami ng Form 80 but we answered it with Tourist visa kasi that's the last substantive visa he was holding. Bridging Visa is not substantive, meaning if your current visa is Bridging visa, you are not allowed to lodge an application for a (substantive) Partner Visa. Hope this helps! :)

Hi! Question lang po. Nag-doudouble upload po ba kayo ng documents sa Immi? For example, yung Passport BioPage, inupload nyo po ba siya in difference sections like Identity, and Proof of Citizenship? Same question din with Statutory Declaration for Applicant, naka lagay kasi sa isang Stat Dec lang yung statement ko regarding nature of household, nature of mutual committment. Nag upload po ba kayo ng same document in different sections?

UU - kaso passport lang yung double upload namin (Travel Document and Proof of Identity) yung statutory declarations namin separate for each pillar.

@aanover oki.. thanks. nag-upload nalang ako one for each section.

Another question guys, has anyone here submitted a report of marriage to PH Embassy? i'm currently sorting the requirements and had the photocopies of my documents certified by a JP. However, JP refused to witness the "Notarized by" portion of the PH Report of Marriage Form and I was told to go to a lawyer instead. Im a bit worried that it might be expensive to go to a lawyer. Any idea how much it cost? Im just wondering if anyone has the same experience?

When I submitted my docs for visa 309, one of which is our report of marriage to PH Embassy, I submitted a scanned copy only. Not notarized. I didn't have any documents "notarized" other than the 'form 888 - Statutory declaration by a supporting witness'. I got the grant in 122 days.
