Sa mga nakapagBM na wala pang work pagdating sa AU, hindi po ba kayo nahirapan magrent or maghanap ng long term accommodation? Ano po mga hinihingi na requirements? Plan ko kasi sana magAirbnb muna sa first 2 weeks ko tapos dun pa lang ako magview ng properties. Any advice? Thanks in advance!

Depending kung saan ka, pwede maging competitive yung pagkuha ng rental unit kasi marami rin naghahanap. Kaya kailangan magustuhan ng owner yung application mo. Nagrent ako ng room for a few months tapos nung nag-apply na ako for my own flat yung landlord ko ang ginawa kong reference. Siguro mga 6-8 rejections bago ako nakakuha ng sarili kong flat.

@KarlaD when viewing magready ka na ng letter from previous landlord if nagrrent ka before kahit di sa australia - stating na meron ka good record and timely payment. Tapos if you are comfortable try to give the landlord ng bank statement - securing yung landlord na me funds ka even if wala ka pa work.

Got 489 visa me and my wife and I am the main applicant. Planning to move na sa NT this April 2020.
I am aware na I have to stay for 2 yrs sa 1 designated regional area with 1 yr full time job para makapag apply soon ng 887 PR Visa. Puede ba akong magbakasyon for eg sa Pinas nito for 2 weeks annually within that 2 years? or dapat straight ur inside Aus for 2 years?
How bout my wife, for example ako yung merong stable job and naiinip wife ko and minsan gusto nyang magbakasyon sa Pinas for 2 weeks (like 3 times in a year), pero ako dirediretso lang sa Australia working? Puede ba yung ganyan?
Eligible pa din kami nyan for PR 887 visa?

ang sb ko db considered un as initial entry plng. ako ung prng ibang ngbbm n ngresign kunwre tas my baon ng pnggastos sa aus. tas ung asawa ko nmn ung sample ng mga nginitial entry muna tas bumalik muna ng sg, then after 1 year sk ngBM.
sb ko s pagkakaintindi ko kasi maaactivate lng ang benefits once n my aus income n. hindi pnmn nmin cclaim e. ang plano lng nmin mkpgschool n ung mga bata at mkpgsettle sk sya susunod.
my nakausap po ko n gnun gnw 2011 hinatid pmilya bumalik KL then after 5 months sk ngBM. wala nmn dw cyng tax. tas sb skin idedeclare lng daw ang sg sk aus income ng 2020 mix income. pero ang taxable e aus lng dw.

Sis, mejo naloka ako sa text message mo hehe. May business husband ko sa Philippines, dinedeclare nya yong income nya both Pinas at Aus during tax season. Di ko alam kung eligible ka na sa Centrelink, alam ko binago yung rule don eh parang x years bago ka maging eligible. Double check mo pa din.

Meron po ung family tax benefit B pasok kami kung may aus income na sa pagkakaintindi ko. Dun magsstart. Pero ung iba png benefits alam ko magaantay p kme ng taon.
Ung income po ba ng mister nyo taxable ng australia? Pano po ba pagPR tapos hindi pa naman nagBM naginitial entry pa lang. Sabi nung ngsabi sakin e dun sa sg manggagaling ung panggastos nyo tataxan n kayo. tama po b ung sinabi ny?
