to summarize: ano mas ok?

Just to clarify, ano goal mo, to get invited sa 189? Getting invited now a days it takes time. Since you will still need take your PTE, if 189 target mo baka your invitation will comes after pa manganak misis mo. So you can go ahead and add your wife on our EOI. I think it is also possible to delay your visa grant once visa is lodge and wait for your wife to delivery your baby. Then you can add your baby sa visa application mo.

@udonggo I suggest don't worry about that now.. get the invite 1st because ang trend ngayon is, everyone is trying to get high points so it may take time.. Also, Global processing time for 190 is 11-13 mos while 189 is 11-13 mos from the time you lodge your application (after getting an invite).. So, just include your wife sa EOI mo..

sorry, 8-11 months pala yung 190, this is from the time you actually lodged the application after receiving the invite so if 7 mos na ngayon yung mrs mo then pasok yan I'm sure.. There's a way how to add your new born so ok lang yun.. I suggest din to check invitation rounds para ma check mo yung profession requirements/trend mo..

30 points po ako sa age of 32.. before june 8.. pag nagpasa po ba ako ng EOI before june 8 eh makukuha ko ung 30 points?

Like others said po, take care of the requirements first. If kaya na makapag-lodge ka ng EOI before June 8, then good for you, pasok pa 'yung 30 points mo for age. But there will be no guarantee na ma-draw ka agad, unless mataas ang points mo (at least 95 points for 189 SC).
But regarding sa pregnant wife mo to be included in the application, yup isama mo siya sa application mo now. There are ways on how to include your baby sa VISA application (while still processing) afterwards.
Good luck po!

There’s no reason why you shouldn’t include your wife. Lodge your EOI declaring her as dependent. Points are locked in once you receive an invite so it doesn’t really matter if medical clearance will be delayed due to her pregnancy. I would not even risk going ahead with X-ray when your wife is pregnant.

Kulang2x 5k additional kung di mo sila isama ngayun. Mas mura kasi kung all in one ang application

thanks guys. another set of questions..

@udonggo Usually for dependent, no need na.. just obtain CEMI from university and/or highschool.. But depende yan sa score mo and which VISA you are applying.. if you need to boost up your score and your applying or 491 then that's one way of increasing your score so yes she needs to take the English exam..
I suggest check ISCAH for current trends sa profession mo.. Or ask dito sa forum.. check also current invitation rounds if whats the current score for the ITA..

Hello po. To answer you questions:
1.) need din mag PTE ang wife? If you want to claim additional points po, yes.
(at least 50 pts po for all of the sections)

Not unless you are claiming poitns from her.
2.) the higher the better of course. pero depende ata yung cut off score sa nominated skillset mo
3.) if you are claiming points from her, then yes mag PTE siya before ka mag EOI. If not, no need.

Kapag gumawa ka na ng EOI mo, ilalagay mo dun lahat ng possible source of points na pwede mo ma-claim including English Test and NAATI Exam. If claiming additional points from spouse, ilalagay mo rin dun kung nagpa-assess din siya as skilled worker and/or kung nakapag-English Test din siya.

@udonggo tama medium of instruction. cert sa school na most of the subjects were taught in english. so di na niya kailangan mag pte or ielts, proof na yun na competent na siya sa english. now, how to claim points, not sure eh. sorry, nag agent kasi ako, agent told us, since yung course ng wife ko is not related sa work niya, kahit kargado pa work experience niya, we can not claim points. so i have no idea how to claim points. best of luck.

Ayun, additional 5 points pag nag PTE sya and competent score required. Thank you sir..
Max points sana ako bago ako mag birthday sa june. kaso mababawasan ng 5 points Dahil sa virus na to for my age after june.(33 na ko nun), ttake time ko na muna mag pasa and claim nalang ako ng 5 points sa PTE ni misis..
Quesions:
Kelangan nya ng MOI (cert of Medium Of Instruction)padin tama?
2.) May format ba yun? Kame ba gagawa tapos papa stamp namin sa school?
3.) Pano pag ndi nag bibigay ung school nya ng ganyan?
4.) Highschool po ba or college or both needed?

1.) If hindi siya mag english exam, yes kailangan
2.) School gagawa. Walang format, basta nakalagay lang all or most subjects were taught in english. Normally alam na ng school yan.
(Please check this. DI ako 100% sure)
4.) College bro
