    May kakilala po ba kayong nagnonotarize ng mga documents dito sa abu dhabi?Isusubmit na kasi namin yong mga documents sa vetasses.Instead na ipadala pa sa Philippines, dito nalang sana to save time. Thank you in advance for your advise.
    Last time i check.. you can do that sa Phil Embassy.. but that is 100aed per page (astig diba)..
    So kung may mapapakisuuyan kayo uuwi sa pinas.. mas mura talga dun..
    kailangan nyo lang iinstruct kung anu dapat gawin (re: vetassess reqts on notarization of docs)..

    thank you po. anu po ba kailangan ipa notarize in case?nakita ko nga sa charges ng Philippine Embassy, ang mahal.Worries ko lang kasi bka pabalik balik documents if sa pinas.
    You just need to provide specific instruction sa mag nonotarize based on your assessing body (Vetassess).. so carefully check ang requirements nila..

    Example ng basic requirements on notarizing:
    - stamped with "Certified True Copy" on each page
    - Name, Signature, Title, Address and Contact information of the Notary Public on each page
    - Yung iba nagbibigay ng cover letter.. "I, Atty.XX.. notarized the following docs".. or they give calling card para pwede i attached sa mga documents..
    - Yung nagnotarized ng documents ko, ayaw isulat ang address at contact info per page.. pero pinirmahan naman per page.. so ang ginawa ko, ako na lang nagsulat per page ng address/tel per page..

    Regarding Documents, please verify with VETASSES, pero eto ang mga basic requirements:
    - Passport (unless mapapadala mo sa pinas ang original, then pwde ma notarized dun)
    - Birth Certificate
    - Diploma/TOR/ other relevant Certificates
    - Cert of Employment/Detailed Job description
    - Other supporting documents that can help if you don't have the basic Employment Cert from HR ( ITR, Sample of Payslip, Job Contract Abroad)

    Need help po regarding sa total years of experience. Dito po kc sa UAE meron taung paid leave na 30 days every year d po ba. Kasama po ba sa counting un? What about po ung leave na walang bayad like kung nag emergency leave ka ng 1 month? Counted din po ba un? Saktong 5 years lang po kc ung experience ko ksama na ung paid at unpaid na leave. So kung hindi pala ksama un, kulang pa ako.. D ko tuloy alam kung mag apply na ako or wag muna. Advice naman po.. Thanks po

    Your Cert of Employment will state the date they hire you, until the date na nagresign ka or curernt date if your are still employed...

    Don't bother about vacation/leaves.. DIAC or your Assessing Body wont go into that details..

    Supporting documents lang po ang payslip.. at incase na hingin, hindi nmn po buong 5yrs na payslip (5x12=60months) eh hihingin.. pwede naman na random lang ibigay nyo.. say 3 months for every year..

    Normally kung meron po kayon cert of employment (with all the required details, date of employment, salary, position, job desc).. hindi na po hinihingi ang payslip, lalo na kung naverify nila sa employer nyo un..

    in case may mga doubts sila, dun lang sila hihingi ng supporting docs like: payslip, signed contracts, bank statement showing your salary remittance, sa pinas ITR...etc...

    masyado po kayong paranoid tungkol sa payslip. ;) relax lang.. haha

    hello.. meron ba dito sa inyo na nagsubmit ng COE na di alam ng HR dept? kasi yung company ko now sobrang higpit and im sure pag malaman nila na may balak akong umalis ng company pra di nila ako issupport so d na ako nagtangka humingi ng COe. ang ginawa ko, since may access ako sa letterhead at stamp eh naggwa ako ng COE (totoo lahat ng details) at sa senior/supervisor ko pinapirma. pumayag naman sya. yun nga lang, yung pinaka-boss tlg namin, di alam na gnwa namin yun. mejo worried ako na baka tumawag sila sa landline at yung manager ko tlg makausap. im sure idedeny ng manager ko na dun ako work kc ayaw nla ako paalisin. or baka i-fax nila ung COE tas makita nla na ginamit ko letterhead stamp na d nila alam. meron na ba senyo na same case? medyo kabado kasi ako e.

    @keribels sa pagkakaalam ko, they will contact the person na nagsign ng COE mo. So if yung immediate superior mo ang nilagay mo as signatory ng COE mo, more or less yung superior mo ang tatawagan nila. hope this helps :)

    @keribels Employment background check is randomly done by the Australian embassy. If it makes you feel better, my employer was not contacted. Tanong ako ng tanong sa HR and reception kung may tumawag asking about me, wala naman daw. Atat lang.

    Tama si @Metaform. Wala ring background check sa akin. Furnish them everything as much as you can na di na sila mabibigyan ng dahilan to background check para wala ng worries. goodluck!

    question po, kelangan po ba talaga na may salary amount indicated sa CoE? Yun kasing kay hubby di na nilagay pero the rest of the information naka-state naman.

    Dubai London Clinic po.. Meron silang branch sa Jumeira at sa Garhoud.. You can call 800352 for appointment. Aed655 po ang fee..

    ang office namin sa trade center.. pero tumira kmi dati from deira, to bur dubai, to mankhool and lastly al nahda... haha.. flat hopping lang..

    July 28, 2013 - Final move to Perth
    Sep 9, 2013 - Started work with the same company i worked for in UAE/USA
    Oct 28, 2013 - Moved to another company.. ;)

    Thanks! Hindi ako nag-points test e.. Secondary applicant ako ni bf, magclaim din kasi kami partner points.. Magsubmit pa lang si bf this feb ng assessment nya inaantay kc nya n mag 5yrs sya s compamy nya..

    Ngayon p lang din ako mgpapasched ng ielts.. Kasi tngnan ko muna kung positive assessment ko..hehe

    Lapit n din pala punta mo..ilan months n lang..

    sa U of Wollongong ako nag IELTS sa Knowledge Village... san ka mag exam?
    goodluck sa IELTS at sa assessment ni bf..

    dun ko nga balak mag-take kasi malayo sakin yung sa oasis.. dun kasi nagtake bf ko.. ok n ielts nya.. takot ako mag ielts kasi bobo ako s english hehe

    pano po pala makakahanap ng state sponsorship.. nsa csol kasi yung nominated occupation ni bf so need nya ng state sponsorship.. s it support sya..
