Hi guys. Naglodge na kami ni engrboy nung sept 2019 for 309 except for the medical. Nagplan po kami magmedical ng April 2020. Would this be too early? Also ano tip for medical? Curious kami sa process sa pinas. Salamat.

Nag apply din po ako last Sept. 2019. And nakapagmedical n din last sept. HIV test, physical examination and chest xray po ginawa. Or anytime before menstruation.

Thank you. Needed po ba ang appointment? I see na may 16 questions sa immi regarding sa HAP ID. Paano po ba dapat for scheduling, pwede walkin?

Thank you very much! We'll go on April. We also just did our first quarterly upload for our continuing evidence. Hopeful the medical would be without a hitch

As of now nag register po kami sa bdm stating as de facto partner. May mga nakuha kaming steps pero for an onshore applicant po kasi kaya confusing po sa amin. Kapag migrant agent po ba sa aus, considered as onshore po ba and vice versa kapag dito sa philippines?

    Thank you

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone has had a 309 granted in the last few weeks. I am wondering of the coronavirus situation is affecting visa processing. We applied March 2019 and haven't had any news yet. Medical and police checks front loaded.

Nasa Au na ba partner mo at PR na? Yes, you can apply TV and apply for Spouse visa while you are here. Same req and i think advantageous sauo kasi you will be with ur partner na here in Au while waiting for approval( which is a bit long)

Hi fgs.๐Ÿ˜Š salamat sa response. Yes Australian citezen ang asawa ko at dito kami kinasal sa pinas plan kasi namin mag apply muna ng taurist visa kasi mas madali daw yata ang processing and then pagmagkasama na kami sa AU doon na mag process ng spouse visa ba? or PR? Midyo nagugulohan kasi ako if alin sa dalawa.
At alin po ba ang mas ok i- apply spouse visa dito sa pinas kasi nandito pa ako or tourist visa? Thanks again and keep safe.

Pag dyan ka nag apply ng spouse visa medyo matagal ang approval..aabot mostly more than a year. Spouse visa is a 2 stage visa process, bibigyan ka muna ng temp visa for 2 years( you have all the benefits of a PR) then after that apply for a PR visa. How l9ng na ba kayo kasal? May kids?

Hi fgs. It means mas maganda if tourist visa nalang muna and then apply spouse visa once na nasa AU na ako.
Stay safe. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Hello. Meron po bang recent grants? I joined a Facebook live session and the agent said they have received approvals last week for offshore PVs. Was wondering lang if meron dito updates or approvals amidst this Covid situation/lockdown.

Hello. Miron kasi nagsasabi na 3 months or up to 6 months. Thanks po sa sasagot and keep safe everyone. โค
