There are various types of Australian visa. If you are applying a Employer sponsored visa, your employer must have an approved sponsorship before you can apply. For tje Skilled Migrant Visa, the process is different...Skills Assessment, English Test, EOI, State Sponsorship ( if needed), must be invited to apply ( based on Points Test Score..minimum 65). Apply for Visa.
