Hello, All!
I just wanna ask if I can still apply for a skilled migration visa-189 even if I'm not yet a CPA and I only have more than 2 years as an accountant?
Thank you in advance.

Not to put your spirits down, but the last time that they invited 65 pters was back in 2017. Ngayon 90+ na ang benchmark and even then hindi pa guaranteed yan.

lowest points i know that were invited are those with 95 points under PR189. Maybe you can try visas other than 189, or aim to make your points higher

Hello po! Asking for thoughts. I'm done with my assessments and PTE exam. SkillSelect application next. I'm planning to apply for only 1 visa and WA lang po ang target ko since I have family members there. As for points, based sa points calculator, for 189 Visa, I have 85 points and sa 491 Visa - 100 points (if approved and family sponsorship). Agricultural Consultant po ung occupation ko.
Would you recommend only applying for 1 visa and which? Or apply for both? Kasi may nababasa po ako na some states prefer na 1 visa and state lang ang apply-an. Thank you po sa sasagot.

You can make 1 EOI per visa subclass. No harm in making multiple. I had 4 active at one time.

I just saw this post…not sure if you’ve sorted this out….i would recommend not to go for family sponsored 491. That’s a lot slower as it’s based on priority points. The regional nomination one doesn’t necessary require high points and likely much faster.

Thank you po for the suggestion. I did apply for 3 visas po, 189 and 491(family and state sponsoreship). I'm not sure if that's the right track though.

This is where EOI becomes tricky. If doing t on DIY, it’s difficult to know if you’ve the right thing. There’s only so much help you can ask here but unless all your documents have been checked vs your EOI, there’s always that need of assurance if you’re doing the right thing.
