Yes both of you can receive Jobseeker payment and on top of that a Coronavirus supplement. Pero the government will still assess your eligibility based on the information you will be providing them.

Medicare website is at https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/individuals/medicare
Afaik, enrolment is done only via visiting the Services Australia/Centrelink Centre.
Once you are enrolled, you need to sign in through myGov to set up and use your Medicare online account.

Dear Forum Mates,
Requesting for inputs and insights po from all who can provide.
We are now thinking of making the BM via Singapore kasi unlikely ang MLA Melb flights mag resume in June except po if magkakaroon ulit ng repatriation flights. PAL was reported to resume po flights to Singapore in June. Ok po ba na plan >> we travel from MLA to Singapore, then Sing to Melb... pa request lang po sa members for advise on any potential issues we can encounter? Any possible immigration issues? Salamat ahead and appreciate the advises and recommendations po. Need your help.

Dear @mann and @mayhuiso, hello and I sincerely appreciate all the information provided and this gives me clues on what to do next next. With this development on poss allowing transit passengers to pass through Singapore, it gives our family a potential alternative route para sa BM, thank you so much again for sharing all these. Regards.

Weโre from SG po, so far ang iallow pa lang ng SG govt na transit at mga repatriation flights. Matapos na ang circuit breaker dito by June 2 ( lockdown) meron syang phases, after 4 weeks mag move sa phase 2 pag wlang transmission, then phase 3 and so on! Wag muna book ng flights baka masayang lang po. Antabay muna sa updates! Pag may makita akong news, mag update ako dito..

Dear Forum Mates,
Good day po sa lahat. Question lang and requesting for guidance.
Pag halimbawa nag land (BM) sa Sydney and do the 14 day quarantine there and then proceed to Melbourne afterwards, another 14 day quarantine po ba? Also allowed na po ba interstate travel this June Sydney to Melbourne. Salamat much po sa mga sasagot. Need your inputs po.

Tinanong ko din po ito sa FB ng Victoria state as of that time wala pa namang another quarantine but time will say lang if ang cases ay biglang tataas.
Same din po aki ng situation balitaan ko po kayo soon pag karating sa Sydney.

Good Morning @rycomz_jc , salamat po sa information and sharing. This is very helpful po, I assume papunta pa lang din po kayo Australia Sir/Mam? Kami po waiting for flight schedule to Australia from Manila, pero it appears wala ata this June unless meron naman repatriation flight, now also looking at transit via Singapore pero as advised by our fellow forum members here, wait and see then muna in relation to transit via Singapore baka kasi mag ka problema din. Still hoping though something will come up re Melbourne or Sydney from Manila, thank you.
