Each state has its quota on how many to invite per occupation per year. The number of applicants nominating the same occupation affects whether it is still available the time you apply. Applications are evaluated based on date of submission so the quicker you sumbit, the higher chance it will be in front of the queue. Financial year in Australia starts July 1 and quota will reset at this time. If your nominated occupation is in demand, most likely many are waiting for it to open and when the quota is low, the quicker it will be filled and could close in just few days or weeks.

ohh I see, so it's sort a fist come first serve basis and is also depends on the job... k k ! Thank you so much!

Ano po ang nominated occupation nyo? May mga sabi sabi na baka mag open daw ng october haha pero sabi sabi lang really not sure. Lets wait for the official announcement from the dha and states. Goodlucks po!

Yes, hopefully the allocation would take place when they hand down the budget and the Australian program for 2020-2021 on 6th October.

So yung pag decide ng state kung anung aaplyan, it depends kubg sang state open ang occupation mo. Kung madami you can ask kung pwedeng applyan lahat ng agent ung mga states na open. If not, you can apply by your sa ibang states then pag nainvite, i hand over mo sa agent mo. Ganun ginwa nung kakilala ko.

As an agent myself, I don’t decide for my client as to which state to apply for. I discuss with them, give them guidance for them to decide on. Some states charge administration fee during the application so definitely I wouldn’t be in the position to decide for my client as there is money involved. It’s definitely not about an agent being masipag or not it’s about guiding the client and laying the facts for them to decide on. We only guide, we can’t impose.

Your explanation on priority points is only applicable for 189 and 491...it doesn’t apply on 190

It all depends on the state. No month in particular. Right now nominations are temporarily closed due to budget being delayed. It isn’t closed because of Covid but because quotas have not been allocated yet for each state due to budget being delayed hence the delay in the Australian program 2020-2021 - all due to bushfire plus covid 19

If I want to apply, i apply it myself cause it's not included in her scope to apply multiple states. Im not saying all, Some lang Ms. Rhea

I don’t think though it should be categorised as masipag or not. There are other reasons why other agents refuse. Firstly, if a client asks me to apply for a 2nd state, I would have to make him aware that depending on the state, he’ll be charged a fee and he will need to declare On his application that he has a pending application with another state. This definitely won’t look good on his application because of the fact it defeats to purpose of convincing the state of his genuine intention to move to that state. Be aware that one would most likely write a paragraph about why he would like to move to that state so paano macoconvince yung assessor na gusto mo talaga Sa kanila if nag apply ka rin Sa ibang state?

With regards to your agent, I somehow do the same, the professional fee that I charge only covers for one state. If a client wants to apply to another state, we will have to charge additional admin fee because that’s additional work on our end. It takes time and effort to assist someone in preparing the nomination application, that’s not done in one click. So it makes sense for your agent to advise you it’s not within their scope most likely because you didn’t pay for it. I normally explain all these to my client and if they still want to pursue the application then we go ahead. So yeah, it’s not about being masipag.

No, that’s after EOI. There are states where you have to apply for nomination directly and there are some where you just need to be selected from skillselect

Hello po. Question po about 190. Since may financial reqts po, kelan po kakailanganin ang bank statement or details po to show financial capacity? May look back po ba at gano katagal po? Pwede po ba siya na ibat ibang account pero nakapangalan sayo yung accounts o kailangan isa lang po na acct? Salamat po :)

The funds maintenance can be assets and cash. With 190 visa you will need to declare you have enough funds and they may ask for evidences so you need to be prepared but from my experience with 190 visa submissions it was never asked. However I still advice my clients to prepare the documents in any case
