Good day po!
Just want to ask lang po regarding sa important note na nakalagay sa MSA Booklet (March 2020) “Neither Statutory Declaration or Affidavit will be accepted as primary or secondary documents”.
My previous company is not cooperative enough to provide me the primary and secondary documents so i am hoping for the Statutory Declaration or Affidavit but then may ganyan statement na po. What documents po can I provide instead?
I am based here in Qatar, on my 1st job po I am on a freelance visa which means not under the sponsorship ng company where I worked. I had offer letter only but no contract. More than 2 years po ako on this company pero wala akong naitago na payslip (cash ang salary so wala din bank statement). Tax free din po ang salary dito so walang ITR. Sayang naman po if di maisasama ung years of experience ko for this work.
Thank you and God bless po.

Kahit direct supervisor mo ba ayaw magbigay? If your manager can at least sign a reference letter in a company letterhead then that should do. But you still need payslips I think.

Acceptable pa rin po ba even though may ganitong statement sa MSA booklet “Neither Statutory Declaration or Affidavit will be accepted as primary or secondary documents” ?
Mahirap po kasi kausap ang mga Arab boss, so i think di rin ako makakakuha ng reference letter from them.

It is not a statutory declaration or affidavit if it is signed by your boss in a company letter head as this satisfies the primary doc description.
StatDec is if you composed it by yourself even if notarized, not acceptable.
Based on you original post, it seems that you cannot provide even the secondary document which is required. If that's the case, no chance for this to work out.
