In terms of my applicayion, magsubmit sana kami ngayon dahil nameet na naman namin yung period pero pagdating sa page 6 di daw kami eligible. Di namin sure kung anong reason.
1 factor yung tinitignan namin, yung name namin sa PR di nakasama yung middle name namin whereas sa mga AU ID namin naging part na ng First name yung Middle name namin.
Tatawagan namin yung immigration tomorrow to know the reason behind

@jmban33 I would recommend to create an immi account each for the family member applicants. Then draft (don't submit yet) the application paper work online. You will know if the application is eligible if the system accepts it prior the submission. To be sure, you should be 4 years consistent within Australia from the PR date for your application to proceed. Hope this helps.

Need niyo ba ng penal clearance? It looks like we need to submit it. Mukhang matatagalan pa ata kami dahil sa clearance.

Tomorrow na ko mag Lo-lodge kasi busy at work until today. Malaki laki din bayad per head kaya ipon-ipon din. 5 kami Sa application and nasa 180 AUD din per head (Me and my 16 yo daughter applies, si wifey ay Sa December pa).
And lastly sana maipasa ni wifey yun driving test nya today para yun driver ID nya magamit ko as official Aussie ID nya. 😊

I have an interview and exam schedule on Oct 20.. and I got a list nung mga docs na kailangan dalhin during the interview/doc checks...
when I lodged the application, wala naman hiningi saking PCC (i.e. walang 'attach doc for PCC blah blah') sa Immi account as shown in the photo..
although nag-initial entry ako Dec 2014, pero nag Permanent/Big move ako Feb 2016 na... during that time... from
Dec 2014 to Jan 2015 - nag xmas vacation ako sa Pinas mga 2 weeks lang
Jan 2015 to Dec 2015 - nagwork pa ko sa Thailand (kulang kulang 12 months)
Dec 2015 to Feb 2016 - balik Pinas nako uli in preparation for the Big Move...
Feb 2016 onwards Australia nako..
I lodged my Citizenship application Feb 2020..
Question is.. during sa Interview... hihingan pa kaya ako ng PCC for those times between Dec 2014 to Feb 2016 na nasa Pinas/Thailand ako?
