No need to include your unborn baby's details upon visa lodgement

@bubble you only provide that form once the baby is born and you are adding the baby in your application. What you need to do for now is provide them a medical certificate to you are pregnant and your estimate date of delivery. They would put things on hold for you until you’ve given birth and can provide medical clearance along with baby’s documents. Good luck and just focus on getting prepared for the most rewarding transition in life - motherhood :)

Hi po, binasa ko buong thread and somewhat nagka idea ako sa pagprocess ng visa lodgement while being pregnant. Though medyo naguguluhan pa din ako, please confirm po if tama ang pagkaintindi ko and baka pwedeng masagot na din po yung ibang follow up questions ko..

    1. If nakareceive ng ITA and CURRENTLY pregnant, yung other dependents like husband and other kids pwede na magproceed sa medicals. Kasi may nabasa ako na dapat valid pa yung medicals within sa IED, paano kung mga around 3-4 months palang preggy yung mommy nung nagka ITA and nagpamedical yung other dependents, so ibig sabihin need pa maghintay ng around 6-7 months para sa medical ng mommy and baby so baka by the time na magrant yung visa is nakalipas na ang 12 months from the date na nagpamedical yung ibang dependents.

    2. Change of circumstance - Need na po ba agad to ifill out kung pregnant na ang mother nung nagka ITA? Or upon giving birth pa ito ififill out?

Need mo ba iexpressly state yun during visa lodgement pati kung kelan ang expected delivery date mo? Automatic ba silang mag uupdate sayo after due date mo or ikaw ang magrereach out sa kanila?

Thank you po in advance sa mga magrerespond :)

Go ahead with your application but don’t submit medicals. Instead, submit a medical certificate to confirm your pregnancy and estimated due date. The case officer will then pause your application until you’ve added the baby in your application and have submitted all the medicals. No point submitting your husband’s and kids’ medicals as the case officer won’t process their visa until you’ve provided yours. They’ll end up repeating theirs and that’s another spending your end.

Thank you po for answering @RheaMARN1171933 :) Based kasi sa mga nabasa ko sa previous posts, parang yung mommy and unborn baby lang ang nadedefer yung medicals until mag give birth yung mommy, then yung other dependents ay nagpproceed na kaya medyo naguluhan ako on that part.

If we'll go ahead with our application, we have to pay the visa fees na po di ba? So submit medical certificate to confirm pregnancy muna upon lodging then Change of circumstance once I gave birth para ma add si baby as dependent and makapag generate ng HAP ID nya?

hello po! I just need some insights po about my situation.

Nung nag EOI po ako I was pregnant, I gave birth last March 2020. Then, last month I received an invitation to apply for the visa. I am thinking if pwede ko na ba isama sa Visa application ko now si baby kahit wala sya sa EOI ko or do I have to wait for the CO after lodgement para mai-add ko si baby? thank you in advance po! God bless and keep safe!

Pwede mo na po siya i-add as long as may documents na si baby. Hindi naman nakaindicate if pregnant tayo by the time na nagsubmit tayo sa eoi. :)

Currently pregnant po. Its actually my dilemma before coz i already submitted my eoi then got pregnant then got invited. I thought i have to update my eoi stating na pregnant ako. Pero upon visa lodgement then sa paggawa ng hap id(for medical) that you have to declare na pregnant ka. Hindi din tinanong sa eoi natin dependents natin as far as i can remember. Hehehe

But in your case kasi, you already gave birth naman na and received an ita then mag-apply ka na for visa. Assuming you have you baby’s documents ready, pwede mo na siya isama sa application.

    :)

Good evening po.

    1. Kailangan po ba namin iinform si Australia about the pregnancy?

Answer on question 1 and 2:
wait for maybe sometime. Baka magrant na kayu. In that case, kung magrant kayu in 2-3months. But if coming to 4-6th months, i think u need to inform the immigration, its either magrant agad kayu or mapostpone ung grant tp wait for the baby. Madali namang kausap yung immigration, you just need to explain your situation.

    Question 3:
Depend yan sa airline na ibubook niyo. But i think 7 months above, bawal na byumahe foe safety reasons. Check with the Airlines it varies kasi. Then you need to get a doctor's memo na pinapayagan ka niyang byumahe.

Hello po, I don't know if this is the right thread to ask pero baka lang po may same situation sa amin na granted na. I just would like to ask what you did po or how did you cope up with the situation.

To give context, we had our medicals last March. I'm the primary applicant and I got cleared and my son. However, my wife needed to have additional tests(sputum) because there was an opacity in her xray. Since we were so worried, we consulted our Pulmo. When she went for the pulmo checkup, she mentioned our case(AU migration etc) and the Pulmo gave her TB medicines. The Pulmo said, I'm giving you TB medication just to please the AU embassy. I don't know why the Pulmo said that but maybe he had patients dati na same situation. He also asked for sputum test but he said the result from st lukes should suffice.

Now, before the sputum test in St. Lukes Ermita, we found out she's 5 weeks pregnant. The Day after her sputum test, the Panel Doctor told her that she's negative sa smear test. But it might be negative because nag-take na siya ng medications. Now, St Lukes gave her an option to take/continue the TB medications sa kanila or sa Pulmo namin. Now if sa Pulmo namin, it will take a year daw to finish and submit the clearance to DHA. If kay St Lukes, around 9 months daw since pregnant siya. So ang worry namin ngayon is #1 Yung effect ng medications sa Baby #2 Yung repeat medicals kami kasi baka abutan ng medications nya un expiration date and #3 Madedelay yung processing ng visa application namin.

Again po, baka meron po same situation dito na na-grant and maybe can you share you experiences po during the process. Thank you

Best way to approach this is to notify the case officer of the situation. Write a cover letter and ask questions there upload it on the immiaccount. They can then advise the best course of action….or consult an agent. Somehow tricky to speculate.

Best way to approach this is to notify the case officer of the situation. Write a cover letter and ask questions there upload it on the immiaccount. They can then advise the best course of action….or consult an agent. Somehow tricky to speculate.

Just write a letter and upload it anywhere. The case officer should see it. Call global visa.services too
