your code will depend kung ano po ang job description nyo, it depends kung ano yung makukuha nyong COE from your employer...

COE is not the correct term. It’s employment reference letter. COE isn’t want ACS is asking for. Please refer to the guidelines. It’s essential to know the difference between a COE and an employment reference letter.

Awww. Pero just incase, pwede na din ba yung COE na may duties and responsilibilities? Actually, COE palang pahirapan na magrequest sa mga previous employer.

Anyone here na na-assess ni ACS using COE as Employment Reference?

Ok lang po na meron statement na.._ "To whom it may concern, this is to certify that..._" sa employment reference?

Eto po kasi situation ko:

2 of my previous companies, one in PH and one in SG closed down na pero before mag close down nag change ng company name. Any suggestion po pano gagawin sa employment reference,

I will try these:

a. contact former colleagues to to ask for sworn statement of job reference + statement that company changed name and has closed down?

b. contact former colleagues to to ask for sworn statement of job reference. asked sworn statement from former HRthat company changed name (3x) and has closed down?

ok po kaya ito?

Sabi 8 pdf files max for upload.

But I have at least 8 employment reference already, + passport + Qualification docs, meaning this will be more than 8 pdfs.

Pano po kaya ma reduce to 8 pdfs? can I merge 2 employment reference? OR merge passport/qualification?

I was only correcting the term you’re using as I have been noticing for the longest time that people in this forum seem to use COE when they are actually referring to an employment reference letter. I’m not sure how many times I’ve clarified this in the forum but to no avail. This is also the reason why HR refuse to amend their COE format by adding further details.

Hi - meron po dito nakapagpaassess recently with ACS na graduate from FEU - East Asia College? Ngayon kasi school's name is FEU Institute of Technology (rank 1). My assessment result from ACS is Diploma and I was expecting a Bachelors degree. Anyone? Thank you.

Hi guys! Possible pa kaya i review or appeal ito? Na submit ko naman yung mga sumusunod na documents sa agency. Hindi ko lang sure kung ano yung mga sinubmit nila.

Employment Reference

Your agency should know prior to submitting your application if you have not met the required documents. As an agent myself, I find it somehow odd that they have not even flagged things with you. They should let you know if the documents you have provided would cause any issue. From my practice, I wouldn’t submit an
application if I think there would be issues meeting the guidelines. You need to talk to your agent and ask the documents they submitted and why you failed to meet the requirements. It’s their job as an agency to submit a decision ready application. The decision outcome seems like non compliance due to technicality which your agent could have avoided.

It should be one pdf file for each qualification and each employment entry.

So meaning po 2 applications / 2x payment or may way para ma reduce yung pdf files. sakin po kasi ganito - 8 Employment reference (8 pdfs), 1 passport (1pdf), 1 qualification (1 pdf) so 10 pdfs total. ok lang po kaya ito submission or strictly 8 pdfs lang po allowed?

since need po reason why company cannot provide an employment reference, from that company itself, pag nag close na po yung company long ago, ano po kaya way para maka produce ng reason (letter)? ok na po ba affidavit nalang?

I’m afraid you won’t be able claim points for skilled work experience as yet.

You can claim for your associate degree but not on your skilled work experience yet as it’s recognised only from jan 2018

Associate degree is 10 points? and for my skill work experience, I'll apply for a ACS skill assessment after Jan 16, 2021 so I could get 3 years or 10 points right?
