Mabilis lang po mam. Nag apply kami thru email, after that na approve naman. Saturday nag inspect kami, Madami kami kasabayan mga 2 couples, then Tuesday naka receive kami email. Kami ang nakuha.

Ako po, I kept my UAE bank account open hanggang makarating ako dito. Nag-open po ng account sa local bank and then transferred the money through Currencyfair. Pwede rin po Transferwise or OFX.

Sa mga nakalipad na po pala via cathay pacific, ask ko lang kung yung laptop na dala nyo ay tinimbang nila?
May allowed kasi na 7kg hand-carry. Hindi ba nila sinasama dito yung weight ng laptop?
Tapos may issue ba sa kanila kung laptop bag mo ay backpack instead of sling bag? Baka hindi sya iconsider kasi as small item 😅 at baka pagbayarin pa ako ng extra.

Hi sis,
Nkalipad nrin kmi sa wakas nun Nov 27 andto n kmi sa Sydney. Over baggage kmi ng 6 kgs so pinabawasan samin kya nilagay ko sa handcarry nmin khit halos umabot ng 10kg un handcarry nmin ok lng sa knila. May dala pa nga akong paperbag dun ko din nilagay yn iba pang excess baggage. Kya don't worry sa laptop mo kc d nman sila mhigpit sa handcarry. Konti lng nman din ang pasahero sa eroplano.

di naman po requirement yung work/job for a house rental, merong ibang property firms na di nag-rerequire, try to canvass around and see kung ma-aaprove po kayo kahit wala pa pong work...

Sinunod ko lang po ang mga advice ng taga SG na kaforum dto, letter from previous landlord po, proof of financial capacity, tas nag nag cover letter ako sa application ko na naka enrol na mga kids sa nearby area, stating na pang matagalan ang rent namin ng buong apartment.
