You have to check the documents you’ve provided meet what they required in the guideline. I could imagine you were not able to provide all they wanted you to submit. You could also contact them to ask.

Thanks @RheaMARN1171933 I actually emailed them to get a clearer view of what they needed. Based on that will check if I can request for Review instead of applying for new application.

Before you ask for a review, make sure you’ve checked that you met all the requirements first. I have a feeling the documents you have provided are not sufficient as I’ve seen these letters a few times from new clients who approach us asking to fix the application they’ve done.

ACS should be able to give you a detailed explanation on the assessment outcome without even asking for a review. You need to establish this first before a review can occur. A review warrants a dispute based on facts. You don’t have the facts yet to dispute so you need to find this out first. Good luck.

Hi! Planning to submit my skills assessment to ACS. I'm a business systems analyst/manager by profession. Looking at the ANZSCO codes, nalito ako kung under 261111 - ICT Business Analysts or 261112 systems analysts ba dapat ako. Halos same lang sila ng description e. Help please kung familiar kayo dito! Or pwede ba for multiple ANZSCO codes magpaassess?

Asking for a friend. Nasa Saudi sya ngayon pero meron syang work experience in the Philippines amounting to more than 5 years. Dapat ba sa Philippines nya ipacertify yung COE/Statutory declaration?

    Another question po:

Sabi 8 pdf files max for upload.

But I have at least 8 employment reference already, + passport + Qualification docs, meaning this will be more than 8 pdfs.

Pano po kaya ma reduce to 8 pdfs? can I merge 2 employment reference? OR merge passport/qualification?

It should be one pdf file for each qualification and each employment entry.

    Hello guys,

TIA.

I’m afraid you won’t be able claim points for skilled work experience as yet.

    Hello Ms. Rhea,

May I know the reason why? I thought it is a positive feedback. :(
    TIA

    Br,
    Niiman

You can claim for your associate degree but not on your skilled work experience yet as it’s recognised only from jan 2018

Hello Ms. Rhea, thank you, so to summarize my feedback,

Associate degree is 10 points? and for my skill work experience, I'll apply for a ACS skill assessment after Jan 16, 2021 so I could get 3 years or 10 points right?

Thank you so much for your help.

    Regards,
    Neman Calara

Kung nagttrabaho ka parin sa same Company at same parin ang role mo on or after Jan 17, 2021 hindi mo na kailangan magpaassess ulit. But you can only claim 5 points for skilled employment not yet 10.

I still have a valid ACS assessment until Jun 2021 but by the looks of it hindi pa din ako maiinvite so im planning to re-apply for assessment and starting to collect documents again specially the payment evidence.

Question and hope someone can enlighten me. Previously I used a notarized stat declaration and naging positive naman at nabilang yung years of experience using that notarized stat declaration. With the new changes in ACS, can I still use that notarized stat declaration dated 2019?

It also says on the check list that

"the declarant must provide at least one of the following as evidence of their working relationship with
    the applicant:
    • Employment certificate/statement of service
    • Leaving certificate if no longer working at the same company"

Parehas na po kaming wala sa company nung declarant, does this mean kailangan ko sabihan si declarant na magrequest sya ng COE sa old company namin?

    Thanks po sa sasagot :)

Unfortunately the documents you used before will no longer comply with their new requirements. You need to make sure you refer to the new guidelines when submitting your skills assessment application. If your declaration no longer works there then leaving certificate is needed. Good luck

Yung "leaving certificate" ba parang COE din kaso past tense? :) may sample po ba nito?

    Hi.

Good evening po. I've been backreading for almost a week now and unfortunately hindi ko po mahanap ang answer sa katanungan ko. I do apologise in advance kung may nakapag tanong na po nito before pero hindi ko lang nahanap.. But, here's my scenario po:

    1. Company 1 closed down. Wala kaming payment evidence from this company kasi in cash binibigay ang sahod namin. Would a stat dec / affidavit suffice para dito? It will be written by a former colleague of mine na mas superior sa akin.

    2. Is leaving certificate same as a resignation letter? She's my Manager and she's very happy to create this affidavit for me pero di namin magets what is a leaving certificate.

What did you do for this one po since not every Manager's are approachable sa ganitong bagay po.

Thank you in advance sa mga sasagot.

    God bless us all.

    Hi, Sis.

As far as I know, with the new guidelines, ni need to CTC basta colored and original copy naman i-scan mo.

For digitally non-colored CoE baka po ito kailangan ipa-CTC.

    Good luck sa atin!

Hello, ibump ko lang to kasi baka may makatulong! Hehe. Salamat!

All skills assessing authorities refer to the Country Education Profile issued by the Department of Education and training.

Given your course, there are no other options for you but to do an RPL. All the best.

    Hi everyone,

May case ba sa inyo na non-ICT degree holder pero 10+ na ang work experience as an IT professional (in my case, software engineer), and then kumuha ng vendor certification just before magpa-assess sa ACS? Was the Skill Level Requirement Met Date the date na kinuha mo yung vendor certification kasi this was the date "that both the relevant work experience and the qualification are completed"? I'm planning to get a vendor certification just before ako magpa-assess kasi, and I'm worried na bokya ang makukuha kong number of years of Skilled Employment kasi nga magiging very recent lang yung Skill Level Requirement Met Date ko. Mababalewala yung work experience ko prior to taking the vendor certification.

I dont understand bakit ganito ang result. Kumpleto kami ng employment reference as per the guideline. Pati payment evidences lahat, payslips, bank statements, sss, company insurance and analyst programmer naman talaga ang role namin. I will send an email to acs to ask them pero this is very discouraging po

Above is the result of my husband's assessment and eto yung sakin nagpositive naman today din, which makes it really weird dahil pareho kami ng previous companies and pareho kami ng format ng employemnt letter, job roles and pati pagkakaayos ng docs.
