Hi @Piper003 from Accenture din ako, ask ko lang how did you get Employee Reference from them? Thru email lang din ba? Or did you have stat dec from supervisor? I was thinking ano ung mas madali kunin? hehe Thank you

Ako pareho kong ginawa. stat dec from supervisor for detailed description ng job tapos yung standard COE from HR ng accenture.

Then for example, ung 5 years ko with Accenture, isang stat dec lang? or much better kung 2 or 3? Thank you

Need mo rin hingin sa supervisor mo ang COE/Leaving certificate niya it's a requirement.

    All the best!

    Hi Ma'am,
Sa Pinas po ba yan? Kapag sa pinas, pwede po yung SSS contribution, just make an account online at lalabas lahat ng contribution na nahulugan sa lahat ng employers.

Pede ba ung sa SSS is screenshot lang nung contributions? or is there a way para makakuha ng pdf file? Thank you

@r_oras mag eexceed ng 3mb if magkakasama sila lalo na ung payment evidence eh. Try ko hanapin yang pdf file size reducer. Salamat po.

You have to fit all documents together po per employer/per qualification. Yan ang nakalagay po sa ACS Skills Assessment Guideline.

Preparing Documents to Upload into the Online Application Form
    1. Consolidate all pages into one PDF document for each qualification and each employment entry.
    2. Scan High Quality Colour documents (at least 300dpi)
    3. Maximum limit of 3MB per PDF upload
    4. Ensure your PDF files are not encrypted or read only
    5. Upload the PDF files of your documents into the Online Application Form
    6. If submitting electronic documents with digital signatures, it must be verifiable

Pero nasa sa inyo parin yan if you'd rather submit your documents as you wish.

Tama po ba ang intindi ko dito? Sample:

    Company 1

    • Payslip, Stat Dec, etc >> 1pdf file lang total of 3MB

    School

    • TOR, Diploma, etc >> 1 pdf file lang, total of 3MB

    Hi Guys,

Share ko lang yung ACS Assessment since I got mine with these new requirements.

    1. Yung years na wala ka 2316 or payslip WILL NOT BE COUNTED. (4 years ko na experience invalid due to lack of documents)

    2. Pay Evidence pede SSS. Screenshot binigay ko ng SSS history ko. Employement History Page and Premium Payment Page.

Guys.... SSS is yung isang proof na valid kasi parang 'super' sya

    1. Kahit may numeration sa COE mo hindi sya considered as pay evidence. What they are looking for is talagang binayaran ka,

    2. COE.... make sure na swak sa ACS definition ang pinapa assess ninyo. kasi it really matters.

    Note:
Pansin ko lang... sa mga kakilala ko that underwent this new ACS process..... parang normal na minus 7 years sa experience. di ko alam kung nagkataon lang ba pero pare pareho kami 5 years lang binigay after all the deductions sa work experience regardless kung complete docs ka or not.

Minus 4 years experience saken...ECE degree ko pero IT occupation and Section 1 school. Wife ko, minus 6 years, IT degree pero Section 2 school. I'm sure all these matters sa assessment.

LOL. Yung wife ko kasi, nalimutan nya tanggalin yung Dev period nya sa isang employment. nya, e nag transition sya to BA role... So minus 2yrs tuloy pa. Pero positive naman overall.

@_sebodemacho May I ask, may required format ba ang resume? If yes, san po makikita ung sample format? or if meron kayo patingin po ako :) Thank you!

Hi po :) for the point-tested for 189, we want to claim 10pts po sana pero we got confused po, according to the site: same occupation list daw po kami ng Husband ko dapat, does that mean I also need to be a programmer? Kasi po programmer sha and me naman is support but same skill namin is nasa ANZCO list po. Hope someone can clarify this po. Thank you. 💚

Hello po, I've already asked my question before but I've been thinking po sa sagot dito before. Ang pinili ko na ANZSCO Code is 261212 (Web Developer). Fortunately po, I got a positive assessment. Since 2019 po, I've been taking PTE exams din but until now di ko pa rin makuha un Superior. Kaya di makapag-lodge for EOI. My assessment po will expire na this May 2021 and will go for a renewal.

Ngayon po, since may pandemic. My chosen role/job/ANZSCO Code is not in the Prio List of Australia. So I was thinking of applying or selecting a new ANZSCO Code like Developer Programmer(261312) in case makuha ko na un Superior this April and mag-open na ang mga borders, pwede na po ako maglodge ng EOI.

Ang sabi nila, better if I still choose 261212 (Web Developer) kasi may record na sa ACS. Thank you po.

I am not sure sa job description ng Web Dev at ng Developer Programmer but in my case before my first assessment was Software Tester and medyo limited kasi yung state na nag sponsor so I checked other occupation and it seems Software Engineer e halos same ng job description so I decided to have another assessment for SE and it came out positive as well and same docs ang mga sinend ko sa ACS so I think wala naman magiging problem as long as you read through the JD at alam mong pasok ka then okay lang..

Agreed. Tingin ko ok lang rin magpa assess ka sa ibang code, walang kaso sa nauna mong assessment BUT make sure na pasok sa code specs yung job descriptions na ipapasa mo for assessment. Otherwise, it's just a waste of money.

Thanks po, mejo naliwanagan ako heheh.. Maraming salamat po ule

    Hi good day!

Question lang po. I applied for assessment sa ACS for Software Engineer but they said hindi daw ako suitable and suggested a new ANZCODE w/c is Network Admin. It turns to have a positive result naman po. What's the chance if getting an invite on this ANZ po? Thanks

Hi. I'm a silent reader here. Would just like to ask if anyone has any advise on whether to ask for review or appeal.

I had a positive ACS assessment result back in 2018 but it has expired in 2020. Filed for another assessment in March and the result is unfortunately not suitable for migration. Aside from that, my education has been assessed as comparable only to Associate Degree while on my first assessment, it was comparable to a Bachelor's Degree. My school is considered Section 2 based on this list https://pinoyau.info/plugin/page/accredited-schools.

    Main concerns:
    1. The work experience not assessable due to insufficient funds. For years 2011-2013, I don't have any copy of 2011 payslips but I have provided copy of my 2012 to 2015 payslips though the 2012 to 2013 payslips were not from start and end of year as what ACS is asking for (I did not keep a copy and couldn't request for copies anymore). In addition to these, I also provided copy of ITRs, SSS and pag-ibig payment contributions.

    1. My 3rd work experience, I don't know why they only counted 11/16 to 12/20 for my tenure when that is still where I work. When I applied for the assessment, I made sure to choose the current date (March 5) as my end date which would have meant that I still work for the company. I am not sure if the date on my work reference would have had any impact, but I requested for it back in December when I was preparing all the documents for the assessment.

      1. My education qualification which went down to Associate Degree from Bachelor's degree. I have no idea why this would happen or what are the factors they considered this time.

With the details mentioned above, would it be worth it to ask for a review instead of an appeal? I understand that to appeal would mean I am challenging the result and I have to provide an explanation as to why I don't agree with the negative result and I cannot provide additional documents, so I see this as very risky.

Thank you in advance to those who would answer this.

    1. ACS updated their new document requirements last year so if you have used just the documents you used in the initial assessment they were most likely insufficient. Check the guideline
    2. You need to provide the most updated letter as they will use the date on the letter. However, you may be able to still claim up to March on EOI but just make sure you provide a letter covering employment until March as supporting document for your visa application
    3. All assessing authorities refer to the Country Education Profile in determining the qualification level of the applicant. If the institution is under section 2 then it will be recognised as Associate degree.

It’s most likely you’ll just need a review and submit more supporting documents for the first employment. You might as well provide an updated letter for your last employment. This needs to be done within 60 days from the date on the outcome letter. All the best

    Hi. Thank you for answering.

Yes, I made sure all my documents met their new guidelines. I requested new work reference letters from my first and 2nd companies to state that I was a full-time employee and worked 40 hours per week. If the missing payslips were the only issue (1st entry), I'm afraid I cannot get a copy of those anymore. I was really hoping the SSS and HDMF contributions would help as payment evidence.

I also emailed ACS regarding my concerns. Hoping they would provide some clarity.

If you don't mind me asking, do you think it wise to have the review now or just wait and have another assessment when they ease up on the restrictions?

Their requirements won’t have anything to do with immigration restrictions. You will just be wasting time when your aim should be to get in the EOI queue ASAP. Wait for ACS response and apply for review within 60 days. Good luck

I got my ACS assessment last 2019 positive results naman. I was wondering if pwede ba mag update additional experience as a freelancer sa next assessment if ever? Since, I was a freelancer since 2019 or should I declare self employed? I'm a web developer po pala. If may ideas kayo about this situation. Thank you.

Yes you could. As long as you’re able to provide support documents. Just be mindful that the new document requirements for self employment aren’t as straightforward as employment documents. It can get confusing. Good luck!

Hello po. May BS IT degree ako sa isang section 1 university and may over 9 years app developer experience pero iba ibang companies (6 past employers) sila so medyo magiging mahirap na ang requirements gathering. Need your help po and advise para dun sa same scenario as me.

Anong documents pwede hingin?
    3. Yuns isang past employer ko, may missed payments sila sa SSS ko for 3 months out of 23 months ko sa kanila kahit na binawas nila sa payslip ko yon. May magiging impact ba ito?
    4. Yung current employer ko, nagstart ako sa kanila last march 2020 until now. Kaso contractual ako sa kanila from march to dec 2020 kaya wala kami govt contributions non. pero may 2307 tax certificates kami for 2020. Pwede kaya yon, akahit 2307 lang and COE?
    5. Yung isa sa past employer ko is Accenture. Complete document sila pero COE nila is standard lang, ayaw nila magbigay ng COE with job description for privacy and security reasons pero pwede sila magbigay ng certificate of explanation. May experience na kayo dito?

Patulong po. Sorry dami questions kasi paiba iba employers ko since 2011.
