Job Title Programme Manager-SP
Job Description Purpose of the Role:
Execute large scale, multi –dimensional, complex programs to meet and exceed Client outcomes. The responsibilities would include managing major business initiatives on behalf of the client, across multiple application portfolios, impacting one or more client business units. Achieve the business objectives of the program sponsors and ensure effective communication across key stakeholder groups.
As a high value practitioner and thought leader, you will also be able and willing to contribute to developing Infosys Consultings IP and capability in respect to Program Management and Agile Delivery. As a practitioner you will bring deep experience that can contribute to methodology, training and tool development that can amplify and accelerate our speed and capability to deliver engagements for our Clients. As a thought leader, you will be an innovator who can contribute towards thought leadership that will enhance our brand and reputation in the market. This will also enable you to add value to offer and proposal development to stimulate and convert market demand.

Job Responsibilities:
 Manage and motivate Client stakeholders and Infosys team members to create momentum and a high performance culture respectively.
 Work closely with other Infosys Consulting teams and other Infosys Delivery Units to ensure; management of scope, schedule, risks, configuration, change, communication, issue escalation, budget, quality, delivery resources & people with the objective of ensuring program management of the highest standards
 Develop thought leadership to drive points of view in the market and contribute to business development through RFP/RFI responses and proactive offer development
 Participate in practice building activity as a valued contributor to the program management and agile delivery community. This may involve recruitment, training and knowledge management activity to mature our capability and practitioners
Qualities, Experience, and Skills:
 Industry – We are interested in practitioners and thought leaders who have Financial Services, Telco or Energy and Utilities experience. We are happy to speak to talent that has deep experience in one of these industries or who has demonstrated agility across one or more
 Capability – We are interested in practitioners and thought leaders who can bring a ‘Bi-modal’ capability blending traditional program management disciplines or execute agile delivery methods as required.
 Consulting mindset – In addition to industry and capability skill sets you are a problem solver at heart. You know how to frame problems and break them. You are able to step outside of your primary skill set and be comfortable and credible in adjacent skill-sets such as change management and financial management. In doing this you can be a transformation agent not simply a project manager.

Qualificaitons:
 Certifications in traditional project management disciplines such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK
 Certifications in Agile delivery methods such as PMI-ACP
 Cerificaition in change management such as Prosci or in Financial analysis such as CPA.
