Hello sa lahat, sana po may mkasagot nito kasi parang na discourage at confuse ako sa experience requirement to achieve the CPA AU status. I'm still planning to enroll for next sem.

What are the ways to be qualified in the experience requirement na hindi na kailangan na ipasigned-off ng isang CPA, FCPA or equivalent? kasi mukhang mahirap ata to na paraan.

If may 3 yrs relevant accounting experience na before/during the CPA program, ma count kaya to and what shall I submit?

Ung letter of good standing from PICPA, makakuha din kaya tayo ng exemption for the 3 yrs experience requirement if maksubmit nito? But, paano if inactive member na since 2013? Pwd pa kaya akong magrequest nito sa PICPA and just pay for the fees?

    Thank you.

@kayetrish yes this is exactly what he said:
"However what we suggest you can do is once you are due for renewal of membership after you have done step up above by Nov 2016 of this year, you can pay the 2017 full year membership fees (AUD290) and then be granted the opportunity to do the skills migration assessment for free (The requirement is based on paying a full years membership fee first)"

Hi @batman and @kayetrish valid pa ba hanggang ngayon na kapag qualified assoc. member in CPAA is free assessment for migration na under subclass 189/190? salamat po sa info if meron

For EG, di mo kailangan ang ibang resources, stick to the SG. Read the SG at least 5 times, do the KE tasks, attempt all quizzes, watch all the short clips and webinars and you will pass. Yung ibang resources na di galing sa CPA makakaconfuse lang sayo kasi di updated.

    Hi everyone,

Sa mga nkapagtake na ng FR at SMA, ano ba dito ang mas madali in your experience?
Or what can you say about FR and SMA? I know it depends naman sa tao.

Because for this Sem 2, I thinking of taking FR kasi mas ma apply ko to sa work compare sa SMA. Natatakot ako kasi for most people, mas mahirap daw ang FR. But when I compare the subject outline of these two subjects, mukhang mas mahirapan ako sa SMA.

    Thank you

I got the same result in SMA and FR pero parang mas tulala ako after ko magtake ng FR exam. Feeling ko nun hindi ako papasa. :D Pero, totoo yan na depende sa tao talaga. Kasi yung iba, easiest subject nila ang EG, pero para sa akin, that is a hard one kasi ayoko ng pure theories. I like computations more than theories.

If you feel na mas relate ka sa FR, then go for it! kayang kaya mo yan. :)
