ang technique ko ay sinusulat ko yung template sa unang 3 to 4 questions ng Read aloud, masyado matagal yung preparation time so meron kang time to write the template kahit sentence by sentence or part by part.

Meron po ba dito na supposed to be magttake ng exam then na resched dahil sa pandemic? (yung orginally sa Makati mageexam)
nagsend na kase si PTE ng new schedule pero wala pa venue.

Hello! yes, mine noong nag-ECQ (1st week of April). Pero after 3 months (July) ang binigay which is super tagal so I rechecked sa website, may available slots naman ng May kaya ni-resched ko.
I called the customer service, free naman ang rescheduing this pandemic. So you can resched anytime. Hindi daw nasusunod yung 14 days period, may bayad na. Actually na-try ko yun, 3 days nalang exam ko na pero free naman nung nag-resched ako. Ilang beses kasing na-resched.

Yan din dilema ko before. Based on my experience, hindi umubra mag sulat during ample time na meron ka, kasi maprepresure ka at malilito I would suggest to prepare talaga to memorize.

What do you mean po? Meaning basta maka 50+ ako sa unang take ko, pwede na magpa assess right away kay EA. Then take another exam nalang for higher score to maximise the EOI score? Am i right po ba? Hehe

This is what I did. Sa profession namin, we are required to have at least 65 in all bands for the "skill assessment". As long as ma-satisfy mo yung requirements for the skill assessment, pwede mo na i-submit. so that's what we did (guided by my agent).
Then since hindi ako superior, after the skills assessment, my agent told me to retake PTE para ma-achieve yung 79+ for the EOI.
The goal is para mas mabilis ang progress. Habang ina-assess yung skills mo, pwede mo na i-retake PTE para ready na for EOI kapag okay na skills assessment mo.

Ang tip ay gumamit ng face mask na hindi masyado makapal at comfortable ka kahit nakasuot.
Ako yung surgical mask ang ginagamit ko sa exam. Wala ko idea sa face shield, hindi kasi yan required dito sa Singapore.

Hindi ako gumagamit ng template sa SST at SWT, may pinost si sonny english na template jan pero recently daw hindi gumagana ang templates, so kung hindi mo nakikita sa youtube page nya, malamang tinanggal nya muna.
Personally ang gamit ko ay yung original technique ni Sonny which is yung complex compound method.

Heto ung templates ni Sonny English na naka private/delete sa youtube page nya dahil hindi daw effective ang template sa SWT/ SST tulad dati. Merong quite similar na template si jimmyssem na inalis na din due to copyright issues sa template ni Sonny.

Sa mga latest na nag PTE po sa Makati. Totoo po bang may facemask and faceshield po na suot during the actual exam? Hindi po ba mahirap makabasa at marinig ka sa mic if meron noon? And ilan po kayo sa room?

I took the exam last november and during the exam we are only wearing facemask without the faceshield. Maybe it’s when you enter the building dun required na meron faceshield? Enlighten us po for those who recently took the exam. Thanks

I recently took PTE and used that template for SST. It still worked for me. I got 88 overall.
For SWT, hindi ko siya ginamit since mababa ang result na nakukuha ko sa APEUni for that template.

Experience:
Bawal po tanggalin ang face mask and face shield while inside the examination room. Ipasok nyo po ang mic sa loob ng face shield and make sure you are satisfied sa mic testing portion (naka 5 times akong try para sure akong okay ang mic ko). I suggest po na magdala kayo jacket lalo na if malamigin kayo since malamig dun sa loob ng room. Nasa 20 kami sa iisang room tapos one seat apart. Maririnig mo talaga nagsasalita yung mga tao kahit nakasuot na yung headphones mo, lalo na kung malakas magsalita haha.
Sa exam naman, medyo alanganin performance ko kasi sobrang kabado ko, kahit sa intro pa lang nagstutter ako konti hahaha. Sa RA part nagstutter ako paminsan minsan at may isang item sa RS meron akong di natandaan sa middle part ng sentence (first and last few words lang nasabi ko). Sa DI, RL, WE, SST ginamit ko lang template ni jimmyssem. R&W: FIB madali lang kasi more on grammar lang ang nasa choices, hindi yung parang sa apeuni na nakakalitong words. SWT kinopya ko lang yung mga sentences tapos pinag-dugtong dugtong ko lang. Sa WFD naman nagpractice talaga ako bilisan mag type para nasasabayan ko yung pagsalita. Nanghula lang ako sa lahat ng MC and RO.
Di ko ineexpect yung mataas na score ko, sobrang nakakagulat. Akala ko magreretake ako para sa 79 na scores sa lahat ng sections.
