  I used Microsoft Excel to record all my travel history. Ang ginawa ko, I checked all my previous accommodations or hotel thru booking.com, flight booking details from email, overseas Uber trips and yun passport stamps, even yun mga boarding pass to make sure na consistent yun linagay ko travel history details.

  thanks boss. just checking lang baka may gumawa na di exact dates. its close to impossible to get the exact dates without old passports kasi, especially if you travel a lot since you were 16

  If your travel point of origin is Ph, I suppose you can try getting a travel records certification from BI.
