May draft nako ng doc need ba magfill-up dun sa mga online stat dec form ng mga Law firm na nagbibigay ng Stat dec? Need ba ng appointment or prior approval ng online form? May mairerecommend ba kyo na Law firm? thanks in advance

    Hello @Husengsisiw nagpaAssess din ako sa Vetassess hindi nmn ako nagpasa ng Stat Dec. Nka follow kc sa template ng Vetassess ang statement of service ko. then attach ko din payslip, employment contract and IRAS. since lahat yan meron nmn ako kaya I provided it nlng din. this November lumabas result POSITIVE nmn. :) :) :)

    Hello po! Di kasi makapgbigay ng work ref ang former employer ko wala na kasi silang functioning HR. 5 years exp kasi ako dun and bulk ng recent Employment ko sa kanila. Though complete naman ako ng Contract, Salary, IRAS and Certification of employment/Resignation letter galing sa kanila.

    Are u able to ask them to print it to their letters head. Then ask your supervisor to sign it.

    Kasi base sa mga documents mo. All u need the document explaining your job description. I would suggest to draft all the necessary info, like at least 5 job description, FIN no. Date of employment. Salary, working full time, then ask your supervisor to sign it on a company letter head. Hingan mo siya ng calling card, attaxhed mo sa lahat ng mga documents mo. Iras palang at payslip prove mo na ung employment mo.
