Hi po! Just wanted to ask lang po if pwede parin mag apply for TSS 482 kahit na wala sa PMSOL yung occupation ko? I've been working for an AUS company for 8 months na po dito sa PH while waiting for the borders to open po before. Thank you!

Your nominated occupation must be on the list. If it is not on the list, your skills is not needed/in-demand hence not qualified to apply.

Ahh, I see po. So kahit nasa Skilled Occupation Migration List po basta wala sa PMSOL, not qualified to apply po no? Thank you po sa feedback!

I guess it really depends sa company if they like to pursue your application as you said your nominated occupation is still on medium list. They can still proceed to sponsoring you regardless your occupation has been taken down from PMSOL. Mas madali lang processing sa PMSOL before kase priority siya and indemand na skills.

Thank you po for answering! I think they are still keen on sponsoring me. Medyo hesitant lang po yata because of visa issues na naeencounter nila. Thank you po ulit! Will probably just have to wait for further developments sa PMSOL.
