@jinigirl Yung Statutory Declaration ko ako lang talaga in front of a lawyer. There's no way na mapapunta ko dun boss ko for that. I just had to support all my statements there with documents so I presented print out of emails, salary increase notice, standard employment certificate, etc. Usual reasons na hindi ka makakuha ng detailed COE from companies are: 1) it has to go through legal department (for big companies); 2) you don't want your boss to know you're cooking something (Lol). So yung Stat Declaration very common yan and alam yan ng mga assessing bodies dito sa Australia.

Hi, I have some questions po regarding the Statement of Service:

Regarding Statement of Service: tama po ba ang pagkakaintindi ko na it doesn't have to come from/be signed by your immediate superior, basta dapat colleague mo na mas mataas ang position sayo? I am still currently employed with my company and I don't want them to know about my plans to apply for a visa so ayoko irequest yung immediate superior ko for this (which is our department manager), so I am planning to request the reference/Statement of Service from a colleague who is already a supervisor in the same department and mas mataas ang job grade kaysa sa akin, he is aware of my plans and is willing to help naman.
I have prior work experience kasi from another company and gusto ko sana isama yung experience from that job sa ipapa-skills assessment ko. Statement of Service padin ba ang kailangan ko gawin for that or dapat yung Statutory Declaration na? Ang problem ko lang kasi is matagal na nawala yung mga payslip ko from that company and also yung mga ITR ko. Sinara ko na din yung bank account ng payroll ko for that company a few years ago so baka di na ako makakuha ng bank statement, so di ko alam ano pang pwedeng ibigay ko as proof that I was paid for that work. Anyone with the same experience po and could you share what you did?

Salamat po sa thread na ito at may basis na ako na sample affidavit. Problema ko din po kasi yung sample affidavit, kasi may mga company na ayaw mag bigay ng Employment Reference Letter.

ok naman po naging assessment ng affidavit? ganitong route din po sana yung balak ko. pre-signed na ng boss ko then notary in front of a lawyer all by myself. thanks.

Yes and no. Dapat talaga Boss mo kasi cya ang mag tetestify sayo, so meaning siya ang nag kkwento, but syempre mas alam mo kung anung mga details at proper format na need mo for the assessing body so ikaw na ang gumawa at pa review mo na lang sa kanya dahil nakakahiya naman.

and Statutory naman pareho lang sila , pero iba ang template na ginagamit.

Affidavit ang gamit sa PH kasi walang Statutory sa Pinas while sa ibang bansa like dito sa Singapore, may Statutory Declaration, use the Stat dec template pag available ung stat dec sa country.

Hi po. Gusto ko lang po tanungin sa stat dec po kasi ikaw ang gagawa mismo ng stat dec/ affidavit. Sa pinas po ba need na boss yung gumawa or pwede ako mismo po since self declaration naman po ang stat dec? With supporting documents naman po.
