Will there be any issue of the company assigned an INTERN to sign my employment verification letter?
Official letter head and signature naman ang ginamit nila pero Im just worried na di acceptable if hindi HR mismo yung naka sign.. Salamat po

It has to be your supervisor or HR

hello po. Question lang. I have been with a company for 9 years po so I jump from one rank to another. 1 lang po ang nabigay na COE sakin pero naka specify lahat ng roles and responsibilities sa 1 doc na yun. How can I input it on Experience Section sa ACS? Ang nakalagay lang kasing field dun, Company Name, Position, Start date at End date. Should I just put the last role before I left the company and put the start and end date that I am with them? Thank you po sa sasagot.

I suggest put the role kung ano ang asa COE mo, baka magkaroon ng discrepancy yung asa form at yung supporting document mo. Pero kung ang role mo sa COE ay nung junior ka pa, better request the latest siguro.
Yung start at end date ng employment mo with the company at hindi nung role.

Kapag nagrequest ka ng Employment Letter usually generic lang ibibigay sayo, if ganun ang letter mo, better magprepare ka ng Stats Declaration. Ask your lead/manager to sign it in front of an atty (notary public). Ang ginawa ko, ininform ko ang boss ko na ako ang gagawa ng letter (pero dapat third person ang dating) then reviewhin nya, tapos binitbit ko sa notary public sa may Toa Payoh, nilibre ko lang ng tea-c then ok na.

Hello po. New member here. Mag uumpisa palang ako sa journey ko. Meron po ba ditong ECE yung course nung college pero naging IT yung work? Considered ba yun na ICT major or ICT minor? Thank you! 😄

All depends on the nominated occupation. We’ve had clients with same qualification and the result varies. The assessing officer will decide on this matter at the end of the day

Im in the process of collecting payment evidences for employment beginning 2005 and so far challenging siya.

2005-2010: ITR complete; payslip cannot be retrieved, payroll system decommissioned
2012-2021: ITR missing year 2012; payslip missing start of 2012
2021-2022: no ITR for current year; payslip cannot be used, no earnings reflected, only deductions.

Question: enough na ba na SSS, Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth lang ang isubmit? Meron ba dito na ito lang ang nasubmit tapos hindi naman nagkaproblem?

Sino po dito ang RPL ang assessment? Seek sana ng advice, para makapagDIY ng PR.
I'm currently here in Sydney, working in IT for 12yrs but educ background ko is eng'g talaga.
Base sa ACS website, seems that sa RPL ako talaga.
Sana po may makahelp.

Hello, question lang po. My previous company is already dissolved but I already have an employment reference from them before it got dissolved. Do I still need to have a statutory declaration? Thanks po in advance.

Buti hindi sila masyadong strict sa 2019 guideline na: "ACS requires sufficient evidence to verify your paid employment and that your pay is commensurate with the skill level for your position" kasi sa SSS and Pag-Ibig hindi naka reflect ang sweldo, tapos P100 lang ang monthly contribution ng company sa Pag-Ibig.

They have updated the guidelines in December 2021. Make sure to check the payment evidence requirement there.

Hi, it's been a long time since I was here I think last 2019. Di na po ako nakapag check if ano na recent udpates since got busy nalang din. Last 2019 nagpa assess ako ACS positive naman results ko but then pandemic happened and naexpire na lahat papers. Anyway, I just wanna ask if anyone here got their visas during pandemic and outside AU? and I also wonder if any successful candidate using their freelance or remote worker experience? Web developer po kasi ako baka may same experience sakin. Thank you for anyone makakasagot.

Freelance work shouldn’t be a problem as long as you can show you’re paying your tax as that’s what’s going to count as part of your paid evidence.

Na-uupload naman pero pag-click going to next page, sa Application Review wala lahat yung na-upload.

Hello. I’m starting to gather documents for the ACS assessment but I would like to get an idea of my chances and if it’ll give a positive result:

BS ECE mapua graduate (took cisco as specialization)
Worked as NOC engineer for 3 yrs
Shifted to systems analyst support but closely related to supporting security solutions (11 months)
currently working now as a cyber security professional as an incident response analyst for almost 6 years
Almost 10 years of work experience

My question is, how many years can I claim given this profile? For those that graduated from mapua with ece as degree, did it count as an ict major?
