I think kailangan pa rin ung PCR when you exit Phils. Check mo lang sa latest news for travel. di rin ako updated eh. hehe

Self-isolation: yes pwede lang kung saan kayo mag stay. Last time I checked okay lang sa SYD as long as may sariling bathroom. Mag coordinate ka lang with the other housemates para hindi mag conflict sa pag labas nyo.

And yung OEC for your dependent, mas mabuti may copy si dependent ng OEC mo, para smooth na pag dating sa immi. Or baka sabay kayo nun pag lapit nyo sa immigration.

hello po. good day. I am a silent reader here sa pinoyauforum eversince nagkaron ako ng interest to move to Australia. and now, I have a job offer and now in the process of gathering documents for submission for visa 482 application.

one of the requirements dipo ba e yung police clearances. Sa pinas, hindi mahirap magrequest thru NBI. pero sa other countries, usually nagrerequire sila ng ORIGINAL and a PHOTOCOPY (for each applicant) of a request letter from the relevant Consulate / Immigration Authority / Government Authority, which contains the applicant’s name and clearly indicates that the production of the Certificate is required.

meron po ba sa inyo na nakapag request ng police clearances without the request letter from Consulate? kasi pineprepare namin sya in advance. we still about to lodge of visa. so wala pa talaga request.

similar to the one I know. need din nila ng request letter from AU embassy to process police clearance. Yan na yata new procedure. nun time ko kasi wala ganun. check with respective country website sa procedure nila.

Maraming salamat @batman . Galing ako ng police headquarters ng Hong Kong yesterday. Nagprint na ko ng statement from Home affairs showing na one of the requirements nga yung police clearance. Pero hindi nila inaccept . Need talaga yung letter. So ayun, chinecheck ng agent namin ngayom if pano kukuha ng letter prior to visa lodging.

Hi. Di ba nag request ang company mo for a Fit2work check? Maybe you can use that as well.

Hi. Di ba nag request ang company mo for a Fit2work check? Maybe you can use that as well.

@Joninho , pinakita ko din sya actually. Hindi nila tinanggap. kelangan daw galing sa consulate or case officer and valid address ng immigration requesting ng police clearance. nagpa-assist na ko sa agent namin. ngayon lang din daw nya naencounter yun.

Question, sino po naglodge ng visa 482 mo? Ikaw or migration agent?
Were you aware kung kelan naapprove ang business nomination nyo?
How about sponsorship? Kelan kaya rin naapprove.

This is to have an idea sa timeline kasi I also have a relocation offer from my current employer. Target start date is on Sept 1, 2022 pero yung migration agent nmin ay walang update kung anong steps na sya ng visa 482 processing. As per our HR, all updates will come from the agent.

@donquixote nagbigay kana ng mga requirement documents sa immigration agent mo?
We have similar situation, but the difference is ni-update ako ni agent na they are still waiting for LMT confirmation from the sponsor.
Hindi rin nagbibigay ng updates si HR kasi nga si immigration agent lahat nag-aasikaso.

Hello everyone,

Wala ako idea ano process at timeline talaga ng australia in terms of work visas so luckily i found this forum. So kahapon lang ako pumirma ng job offer after that walang update sa kanila ano na next. Ganito din ba experience nyo? Hindi sila responsive sa queries nyo.

Sa experience nyo ba, ano yung timeline nyo from contract until onboarding? Matagal ba? Sasabhin ba nila next steps. Ano yung mga pinagdaanan ninyo?

Naapprove ung nomination mga May 3, same day nilodge na nung lawyer ung visa application
Yes, sponsored ako and my wife kasama sya as secondary visa holder
Naapprove sya exactly in a month, June 3 may visa na kami...
Then prinocess na namin ung OEC dito sa Pinas kasi need ang valid work visa bago mag run ung OEC
