    Hi,

I recently lodged a visitor visa (600), submitted last 18 May. According sa home affairs website, global processing time is 37 days but not sure if it will take more than that to get the result. Let me know how I can help?

Thank you sa reply. May I know the supporting docs you uploaded aside sa birth cert, passport, invitation letter, nbi ... It will be my first time sponsoring my niece to come here, hopefully she can come before the 20th of August to attend my baby's 1st birthday.

I lodged for my sister so not sure if same sa niece. But these are docs Ive attached. They have mandatory required docs naman so you will know. It helps if you also write a letter to home affaira or au embassy sa pinas why your niece urgently needs to be in au.

Hi, etong sa financial status/visit funding dito i.upload ang bank statement nya at ang payslips ng sponsor? - bank statement nya, optional yung sa bank statement or payslip ng sponsor I think but upload it na lang to be sure. gawa ka na din ng letter saying yung compelling reason why she needs to visit you (e.g., compasionnate reasons, you havent seen her since covid etc).
Form 956A dahil ikaw naglodge sa application nya instead sya? - yes para lahat sayo ieemail or post mail. exempt person ka ata since niece mo sya.
Aside sa invitation letter ko sa niece ko, san i.upload ang letter to homeaffairs sa other docs ba? TIA - yup other docs :) good luck!

Blessed day@everyone.... salamat ahead to anyone who can shed a light sa questions ko. I am planning na e invite ang niece ko from Pinas to have a Christmas holiday here via Visitor Visa (subclass) Family-sponsored stream just for 3 weeks. Pwede ba ako na lng mag file ng application thru my own Immi-account? Kasi am so worried na ma-deny sya at magiging record pa ito sa kanya. Confusing kc yong agent that I have spoken to told me sya daw. She's in her late 20's and has not had any official work tlga. She just had a recent overseas travel in Middle East this year (May) as tourist and just finished an online course sa TESDA and waiting for NC II assessment slot (kasi they need 15 takers daw). I will be providing all her needs from airfare tickets, insurance, accommodation. I know its a long shot kasi few weeks na lng but just need to try lang tlga ...at mataimtim na dasal. As a background, I'm an AU citizen na pala (maraming salamat talaga sa mga wisdom ninyong lahat) and no family. This will be my first time mag invite someone.

You can use your immi account to apply for her sc600. Wala naman po mawawala magtry. While officers consider sponsorship from au citizens, they give more weight sa home ties, so kelangan nya ng strong proof nun. May mga kilala naman akong nagrant visa kahit walang work. Explain profoundly lang din sa cover letter yung circumstance nya esp hindi sya nagkawork and intention to visit. Good luck!

Hello, may option ba na renew para sa visitor visa? Or panibagong application?
And if expiring na sa Feb next year yung current visitor visa, pwede na ba mag apply ulit as early as now?

Walang "renew" concept, apply lang ng panibago. Pwede ka na mag apply agad while you still have a valid one, pero may notice sa immi na whatever the decision of the application will override your current visa (approved or denied). Tried that myself.
