@alexamae nasa sg din po kmi... ask ko lang po yung sa ielts nyo ok na po ba ito to lodge application? nag agent po ba kyo? kasi po halos ganito result namin di po kami makapaglodge ng application kasi di namin makuha band 7 na score lahat =(

As far as I know, if nasa computer field ka, it doesn't require an IELTS score of 7 in all subject.

You can lodge your EOI now if you have 60 and above - or wait, do you need state sponsorship for your nominated skills occupation?

@arlene5781 - i guess, nalito kami dito sa unang post mo..
may mga IELTS score ka dito na above 6.0 lahat..

pero when i looked sa timeline mo.. meron palang R-5.5..
so kung meron ka pong below 6.0 na score.. wala pong option but to take IELTS again..
kayang kaya naman po yan.. kasi lahat above 6.0 na..
kailangan nyo lang magreview/concentrate sa Reading..

nakaka-inip pala maghintay ng CO. currently yung birth cert and marriage cert naka required pa rin pero rest of the docs that we have submitted are already in received status. bakit kaya ganun? may be they are verifying the authenticity? hindi ko na kasi pina-certify since sabi s site ng immig basta colored and from authorized agency no need for CTC.

we opted not to front load yung health requirements kasi may history si hubby ng TB. 5 years ago pa so we'll wait for CO's advise na lang.

@viperbuzz12 sinabi mo pa..kakainip..difference lang eh we frontloaded our medicals and may CO na kami..but 1 thing that bothers me is until now ala pang change in status ung health evidence namin..recommended pa rin..eh almost 1 month na nasubmit accdg sa clinic..
anyone with the same case?

@viperbuzz12 - if I am to make a comment noh, i think it would be better to have your health check done. reason why i am saying is that since may history yung hubby mo ng TB, there is a higher chance na ma refer sya and it will take several months bago ito ma clear.

by doing it now, you can save at least a few wks of waiting dito...

Hi guys,

I'm currently awaiting the decision on my visa, the final outstanding requirement being the final medical results of my father (dependent not migrating). Being a senior citizen, we anticipate that there might be some minor findings on his health. My CO has informed me that health is a "one fails, all fail" criteria and this has led me and my dad to be deeply concerned. He has asked me to consider dropping him from my dependents list. Has any one you had this similar concern before? Is it true that as long as wala namang HIV or TB, wala namang problema? My dad has diabetes and high blood pressure. Could these ailments have a severe impact on my application? What do you guys suggest I do? Would really, really appreciate getting your inputs. Thanks so much!

oh no.. nagpamedical na po ba kayo?
if ever you decided to remove your father from the application, pwede daw po ba yun sabi ng CO?
if it is possible, can you remove a dependent before the medical or after the medical?

Medical condition:
- yan po ang basic na criteria nila kung walang HIV/TB or HEPA sa mga magwork sa medical field
- but then may other criterion regarding the cost of health care na possible ma-incur ng mga ksama sa application...
- so based sa findings nila, kung makita nila na may mga check-up/medications na required (they will make some computations)...

but then, your father is a dependent NOT migrating, so im not sure kung anu ang criteria nila dun..

But they also told me that sometimes, kahit okay ang findings nila, Aus immigration might still require some tests. thanks.. but did your CO say na pwede tlaga i-withdraw your dad as part of your application (if ever hindi pa uploaded ang medical results)?
im asking kasi we are also planning to include our mother sa application ng kapatid ko..

This is logical as dumadami na rin ang mga invite kasi for 189 visa. With the number of CO constant, it will take them a longer time to process everything and for sure magkaka-backlog na...

Hi @psychoboy, nirereview ko yung sa spreadsheet, may period last year from Oct-Dec na ang bilis ng pag allocate ng CO and pag grant ng Visa no? Like sa case mo Oct 1 kayo nag lodge then by Oct 23 meron na agad CO. That's ~3weeks lang... ang bilis...

ngayon 10 weeks na... sana hanggang 10 weeks lang at d na magbago

I don't know as hindi naman kami na refer (thank God!) - pero I think hintay lang for any advice...

@peach17 oo nga eh, swerte ng nga nag-lodge last year. But it's not that bad for us, at least mga less than 3 months Lang ang processing unlike sa ibang countries which could take 6 mos or more.

@peach17 d ko pa nachecheck eVisa ko... mas madalas ako nakatambay d2 sa forum kesa check ung eVisa ko hahaha.

Kulang pa ako NBI... 3 countries eh... wala ako sa Pinas kaya yun inuuna ko.. then yung sa Malaysia naman naka-state sa eConsular page nila na "Applications for the Certificate of Good Conduct through Statutory Declaration is no longer applicable for use in Australia". So kailangan ko pa pumunta dun... Oh well, may 10 weeks pa ako to collate yun mga yun

Good luck sa atin na naghihintay ng CO...

P.S. I have Brazilian colleagues na naglodge ng applications nila sa Brazil nung Dec and Jan pero wala pa rin silang CO. Backlog nga...
