Maybe naitanong na din ito previously, hindi ko lang ma-locate sa chat discussions.

During Visa lodgment stage. Do we need to provide Employment Evidences din ba for those work na hindi naman natin iclaim ang points?

Same situation din po ako. Lodged last Dec 2021. Received pa din hanggang ngayon. Nakakafrustrate na, ang hirap maghintay. Iniisip ko baka depende sa nabagsakan nating CO.

Try to email or call the immigration. But sa ngayun nakikita ko cliniclear ang mga 2019.

Ganyan din po ako. Sana man lang din kung may nakikita sila na questionable sa application ay sabihin na nila. Or request na lang agad ng docs. Kaysa sa parang nag-aantay sa kawalan.

Medyo complicated ito, nagconsult na kayo ng agent?

Sana dineclare mo as GF, nasa Form 80, okay ito and walang bawas na points?

Just in case lang magrandom si CO, within the range from EOI to date of visa grant, may time po ba naging defacto ang status?

Kasi sa pagkakaalam ko, bawal magchange ng circurmstances from date of invite up to visa grant resulting to points deduction. Pero kung totoong nagchange nga and defacto ang circumstances mo, ang nababasa ko mas okay iwithdraw ang application kaysa marefuse ang application. Mas okay tama na yung application mo from the start, meron ng mga citizen na dito, pinapauwi kasi nadetect nila from the start na may mali sa unang application nila thru verification.

Pero kung nagkamali lang dahil gf siya, and hindi kayo defacto or live-in ibang scenario ito, kung pwedeng gumawa ng explanation bakit nagawa mo magupdate ng circumstance.

Ako nga nandito nako mahirap sila tawagan kahit isang oras na di sila sumasagot sa dami nakaline-up. Yung email, wala naman published email ng DHA, pero pwede siguro snail mail, yung may tracking number.

Ako nga nandito nako mahirap sila tawagan kahit isang oras na di sila sumasagot sa dami nakaline-up. Yung email, wala naman published email ng DHA, pero pwede siguro snail mail, yung may tracking number.

Tumawag kasi ako at nag call sa knila. Ung tawa ko as in 6 in the morning dito sa Sg. So mga 9 am jan. Kaya 5mins of waiting naka connect ako. Tapos madalas ako mag email sa comments complaints suggestions. Ung nag email sakon last week para sa sulat ko nung May pa. Madami pakong sulat after that. Ehehe

Magchchange sana ako from single to de-facto pero hindi ko tinuloy dahil mababawasan ako ng points. Kaya lang hindi ko napansin sa hindi nadelete entries ko ng de-facto sa application. Inexplain ko sa kanila na ganyan ang nangyari sa pamamagitan ng "notification of incorrect answer". Kaya ngayon, pareho pa rin ang status ko sa original na EOI.

Ang iniisip ko ay kung iwiwithdraw ko yung application, masasayang yung bayad ko. Mawiwithdraw rin ba yung fee kapag winithdraw?

Tanong muna kayo ng registered MARN agent. Para sure. Pagnagwithdraw kayo, hindi mo na marerefund. Yun lang, hindi ka marefuse, hindi ka mapepenalised.

Pero kung naapprove kayo, and nafoundout nila may mali sa application niyo. Bukod sa mapepenalised kayo, pauuwian pa kayo. May mga citizen nga, pinapauwi kasi from the very start, may mali sa application

Refused. - Merong penalty na hindi magaapply for a period of time. Saka irereflect mo pa yan sa lahat ng visa applications.

Back-up, magpte si defacto. Malay niyo mainvite parin kayo. Indemand ang civil engineer dito. Ang daming constructions. Ang taas kaya ng points niyo.

Sadly sa ibang state na kayo magaapply yan.

Hello po, may ITA na po ako kso lng ung PTE ko nag-expire na last month and ung skill assessment mag-eexpire na dn nxt month...until Sept 30 p naman po pwede mag-upload ng docs and submit. Pwede ko n po kya ilodge ung application then magtake n lng ng PTE and skill assessment after? Thank you

Hello po @RheaMARN1171933 ask ko lng po sna ksi may ITA na po ako kso ung PTE ko expire na last Aug 16 this year and skill assessment ko pa-expire na next month. Can I still push thru po ba now nung paglodge ko nung for ITA (until Sept 30 only) then after ko masubmit tska n lng ako magtake ng PTE and magpa-skill assessment ult? Thank you po

Unfortunately no po. 😢 Your English test is only valid last month. Hindi siya ma aacept. Its only stops the expiry kung nalodge na siya. So i suggest na wag mong ituloy kasi hindi siya maaccept. Sayang ung invite 😢

Unfortunately no po. 😢 Your English test is only valid last month. Hindi siya ma aacept. Its only stops the expiry kung nalodge na siya. So i suggest na wag mong ituloy kasi hindi siya maaccept. Sayang ung invite 😢

aww sayang ... pro may time pa naman po sna to take PTE ksi until Sept 30 nman ung ITA then skill assessment next month pa naman expiry.

Yung expiration po ba ng PTE na minention nyo is yung nakalagay mismo sa PTE result?

Ang pag kaka alam ko po is PTE 2 years lang ang validity nya , pero si DHA accepted sya up to 3 years.

Better double check nyo nalang po.

Hello po, may ITA na po ako kso lng ung PTE ko nag-expire na last month and ung skill assessment mag-eexpire na dn nxt month...until Sept 30 p naman po pwede mag-upload ng docs and submit. Pwede ko n po kya ilodge ung application then magtake n lng ng PTE and skill assessment after? Thank you

Yung expiration po ba ng PTE na minention nyo is yung nakalagay mismo sa PTE result?

Ang pag kaka alam ko po is PTE 2 years lang ang validity nya , pero si DHA accepted sya up to 3 years.

Unfortunately no po. 😢 Your English test is only valid last month. Hindi siya ma aacept. Its only stops the expiry kung nalodge na siya. So i suggest na wag mong ituloy kasi hindi siya maaccept. Sayang ung invite 😢

Pero sa totoo lang dapat naisulat na in bold letters ang mga conditions na ito para hindi sayang ang gastos ng applicants.

Example:
1. English test must be valid at the time of lodgment. (maximum 3 years upon result date
2. No change of circumstances from the time of invite up to the visa grant date that will result change in points.
3. Age - points earned will be locked in at the time of invite.
4. Occupation Assessment must be valid at the time of lodgment (maximum 3 years). Any change in company must apply additional assessment to claim points. Occupation Duration must be vailid for the last 10 years before visa lodgment.
5. Education Qualifications - earned before the starting date acknowledged in the occupation assessment. Must have equivalent course subjects with Australian standard. (Merong school sa Pilipinas hindi inoffer lahat ng subject equivalent sa Australian Standard).
6. Any error claims from the 1st visa application in australia(pwedeng tourist, temporary o permanent visa) kahit na grant ka na as citizen will have significant impact sa pagstay mo ng permanently sa Australia
