Hello good day! Seeking your advise as yesterday my partner received ITA but his PTE and Skilled Assessment to date is expired already. Should he retake prior visa lodge application?

Hello, you also posted regarding the change in marital status of your partner, and now the skills and English assessment are expired as well.
I'm not an expert nor a MARA agent but IMHO your best move will be to let this invite go, settle your deficiencies, then create a new EOI and hope to get invited again. With all your concerns, there is a significant risk that your application will get rejected.
My 2 cents though, maybe a legit MARA agent can find a workaround for your concerns. Good luck!

@mlhg_ten take note mo lang, 3yrs ang validity ng PTE for migration purposes kahit 2yrs lang ang nasa certificate. so hopefully, skills assessment na lang yung need nyo renew.

Another option we're checking if possible, would it be ok if in case partner was able to renew skills assessment and PTE within 60 days from now then proceeds with his application as single then gets visa approved and still proceed with marriage after having PR approved? Note: when partner created EOI, he included option to add family members (including de facto)
Tried raising the same question in other forum and also searched for related topics prior but no avail
trying my luck lang po if anyone knows or have similar experience.

i believe the first thing you need to think through is whether to proceed with the application given that you were invited with expired documents. same comment with @juju06, risky kasi yan kahit ma-renew nyo within the 60-day timeframe.

in addition to what @_sebodemacho said, applying as single might come with the 'no marriage restriction', so it might derail your marriage plans as well.
