isa pa pong noob question hehe: Nag save na po ako ng draft ng EOI ko for 189 and sabi dun 85 points daw ako.. dapat ba yung employment dates ko is based sa deemed date ng ACS? Currently yung nasa employment details ko sa EOI is yung talagang work dates ko - almost 9 years work exp, tapos diploma pinili ko sa qualification kasi tagged ni ACS as AQF Associate Degree lang yung BS ECE. Expected ko nasa 70 points lang ako for 189, kaya naweirduhan ako bakit 85 nakalagay.

Sa EOI, merong option to mark the career episode as Relevant. You only mark relevant those after the Deemed Skilled Date. Mag compute yan ng points based on that.

Ung iba naman agent tinatake advantage ung confusion para kumuha ng agent ung applicants pero in the end same score din pla iclclaim nila (following assessment deemed date) kasi ayaw nila ng risk.

Ung ibang agent naman successful daw sa pag claim ng deducted points.

Kung DIY kayo, always be on the safe side. Mahirap mag overclaim ng points. So follow the deemed date on the assessment.

Ms @RheaMARN1171933 may cases na po ba kayo na nagclaim kayo ng deducted points? kaya po ba maassure ng agent ung visa grant na nagclaim ng deducted points? I left my job 2 months before ma-reach ung 8 years exp after 2 yrs deduction kaya mahalaga sakin maclaim yun.

Hi! What if you previous company nyo cannot provide na ung mga lumang payslips? And yung ITR hindi ko rin sure kung napprovide pa ng previous company ung mga early years sa kanila, any experience on this? Tapos ung SSS at Philhealth naman kasi if kinuha yung contributions sa site, it doesn't include ung employer name. Any tips? Thank you!

Agents are not magicians 😆 we will never claim work experience for deducted points because of the obvious reason.

Yes ganun ginawa ko. sinave ko iyong ste as pdf. Naapprove naman yung skills assessment ko.

Hi everyone!

Wondering if pasok po ung experience ko sa 261313 - Software Engineer.

Company A - Frontend web developer (6 months, not internship)
2. Graduated bachelors after Company A
Company B - Associate Software Engineer (2 years)
Company C - DevOps Engineer (2 years 6 months)

TOTAL: 5 yrs work exp

All of them have development work naman po. Also hindi ko alam if maccount ung first work experience ko since I haven't graduated at that time po. I am aiming for 3 years work experience counted po (so minus 2 years).

I was not able to get my ITR also for a certain year.

The ITR from BIR, is this first hand experience?
I was not able to get my ITR also for a certain year.

Actually you may try to request from eFOI https://www.foi.gov.ph/
Be ready with the following info: employer’s TIN, RDO no., business name & address
The request will be forwarded to the BIR RDO. Hopefully they still have your records.

Depending on the year, and the RDO they might still have a copy.

Good day everyone! Pasensya na po sa mga tanong ko kasi baguhan lng ako magprocess ng mga documents. Currently working for 13 years na dito sa Singapore with same employer. Meron po ako mga COE from previous employer kaya lng po walang nakasulat na responsibility. Tapos wala na po ako payslips or copy ng tax from my previous employers. As what mentioned above, pwede po ba kunin yun sa SSS website for proof? Hindi ko rin po alam kasi TIN ng previous company. I'm thinking na kung hindi ko makuha mga required docs sa mga previous company pwede po ba magpa-assess gamit lng yun current employer with 13 years exp? Hope you can help me. Salamat po sa mga sasagot.
