> Hello po. Bago lang po sa forum. Nakita ko po kasi yung program sa rps na mag study ng leadership and management as a pathway to residency. Hindi po ba ako mahirapan magwork as a nurse sa australia if leadership and management ang kunin ko na course instead of nursing or anything na related sa kurso ko. Okay lang ba yung leadership and mgt kung magpaprocess ako ng PR? Thank you po.
No one really knows what could happen by the time you’re ready to apply for your Visa. What I could tell you is that studying is an expensive route with no assurance of it working to your favour.

That course won't lead you anywhere pero if I'm not mistaken, ang strategy ni RPS is to let nurses enter Australia via Diploma of Leadership & Management course para makakuha ng 5 pts as Australian Study Requirement then may 3-month window (usually during school holiday) na magte-take ka ng IRON program.
Hindi ako updated sa changes ng IRON/Bridging program. May other option din ang nurses, yung 1 or 2 years na Bachelors of Nursing.
Maraming pathways to get your nursing license dito - and mind you lahat mahal. Wala pa computation ng living expenses, PTE, agent fee.
If work as a nurse, once you get your APHRA/Anmac, mataas ang demand ng nursing jobs dito lalo na sa regional Australia.
Kung may resources ka, go for it. Naghihigpit na ang immigration dito, time is gold.
Mark 11:24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

Yes, if you fulfill the requirement of AHPRA. With BP before, after passng the 3-month BP you can already register. However, with the new OBA pathway in which the process has not been finalized yet, it would be futile to comment on the matter.
