Lahat ng invitations ko dumating habang may ginagawa ako. Yung pre-invite ko dumating habang may kaaway ako na customer service rep HAHA. Tapos ito, dumating habang nagyo-yoga ako. Dapat pala lagi akong may ginagawa HAHAHAHHAHA

Hi Guys naka received si @artemis0525 ng "Invitation to Apply for NSW Nomination for Skilled Work Regional Visa SC491" - meron po xa 14days to do the said application:

Query:
1. If nag accept/ inapplyan yung invitation, makaka tanggap pa ba siya ng ibang invitation from other states?
2. Let say, nakatanggap siya ng ibang invitation from other states which is better sa 491visa (like SC190) at na accept na nya yung NSW Nomination, pwede pa ba icancel or iwithdraw yung NSW Nomination?
3. Any Suggestion/Comments po sa current situation ni @artemis0525?

yes po. meron ding states na required na sila lang ang nasa EOI. so technically, all your EOIs are independent from one another - meaning makakareceive ka pa rin ng ibang invites

not sure lang kung sa isang EOI na maraming subclasses ang tinatanong mo pero pwede rin yun i think.

for example ako, meron ako SA491 pre-invite na pinush ko then nakakuha ako ng ITA dun. then na-preinvite din ako ng VIC190, QLD190 (both separate EOIs) and nagkaroon din ako ng ITA sa 189.

Di ko lang sure paano macancel yung ITA if ever. Kasi sa VIC190 ko, may SA ITA nako, so nagemail sila sa akin na iwithdraw SA491 which diko alam paano since sinabi na after 60 days naman if hindi malodge ay mawawalan effect ang ITA ng SA491. nagsend lang ako ng screenshots ng separate EOIs ko for VIC and SA. pero 6 weeks na, wala pang decision yung Vic190. Good thing lang is nainvite ako for 189 kaya yun nilodge ko. hehe

Also answered in the other thread, but to share my experience, I received invitation from ACT on Oct 17. I applied agad and got approved last Oct 27. Nareceive din agad yung ITA from DHA. I haven't lodged yet since I'm still gathering all documents. Then now, I also received invitation from NSW. I submitted my application right away (the requirements are simpler as compared to ACT). Since the expected processing time is around 6 weeks, I hope to get a result before the 60 days expiration of the current ITA. If successful for NSW, I might pursue that. If hindi naman, at least may fallback for ACT.

Same experience. We got 190 pre-ITA for both NSW and VIC, 1 day apart. We preferred VIC so we pursued it first, buti na lang rin mas nauna yun mag pre-invite. Naging fallback namin ang NSW, we thought pag wala pang ITA from VIC within the 14-day NSW pre-invite expiry, tutuloy namin yung NSW.

Nagkaron kami ng VIC final invite days after, eventually lodged the visa a few days more. Binaon na namin sa limot yung NSW hahahaha. We withdrew the NSW 190 EOI already then suspended our 189 EOI.

Hopefully wala maging problema sa mga susunod na steps until the grant.

pag state sponsored 491, dun dapat magstay sa sponsoring state. Yung family sponsored 491 ang pwede sa all states around Aus basta regional

2 years lang required, but sabi ng iba they can't restrict you to move to other regional areas. Not sure how accurate it is though.

3 yrs ang required na stay sa regional area for 491. Sa 489 yung 2 years pero abolished na yun.
