Agree with you. May nakita din ako before Software Engr din much lower yung points but with partner.
Anyway, sold out na ako tuloy ko na yung visa application ko for South Australia. Mukhang malabo pa yung VIC, if ever ma invite man ako sa VIC baka next year pa kaya kunin ko na yung 491 SA, same2x lang din naman ng timeline for AU citizenship.

Uhm...single here and kinda disagree. Though my points is 95 if 189. Just don't give up kasi sayang and ITs are in demand in AU, even us Accountants, prioritise lang ata nila engineers ngayon para mag build ng offices para sa atin lols... Why not give yourself like 2 weeks more. If your 491 SA ITA is not yet expired, then wait for VIC pre-invite. Unless you are in a rush. For me lang, may mga rules si 491 and there's no assurance. Whereas the 190, PR na agad. 85 naman points mo. But ,it's your call though. Good luck.

Correct yan. Si @Olympuz same kami ng occupation and points (Statistician, 80+5) pero nakuha niya yung VIC pre-invite earlier, ang tanda ko 2 rounds ago, kasi meron siyang partner na skilled din, with the same occupation and points. Plus may mga ka-same occupations kami na onshore tapos 90+ points, pero hindi pa rin sila naiinvite
I guess it's because 1 invitation = 2 skilled people. They're getting more skilled people while issuing less invites.
