So iniisip po namin if ipupush through pa ba yung PTE and EA?

Magtatanong lang sana po ako if ever pagdating namin AU, kapag maghahanap ba sya work, yung EA assessment din lang ba po ang hahanapin? Yun kasi isang worry din namin po baka requirement yun sa work dyan kaya if ever sana kahit nainvite na push through lang namin EA nya if kailangan naman lang pala sya eventually. Thank you po! :)

Skills assessment is only fir migration purposes. This has nothing to do with employment. Although there are professional engineers who work on a particular level recently have been required to be registered in nsw. You will need to do further research (can easily find answer on Google) on this one as this isn’t a migration matter and this is something you can deal with later once visa is granted. Hope that helps.

Hello! There is something I would like to confirm:

I'm planning to lodge my visa application (offshore) for 189 this December. Then I will go to Aus by January (I have Visa 476). Just in case I get invited for 189 AFTER going to Australia, is it alright to apply for my visa there?

    Need your advice. Thank you!

Hello. Thank you po. Sana may makasagot. :)

I graduated as an ECE so i read sa Task included sa ANZSCO 233411 Electronics Engineer medyo malapit yung experience ko pero reading further, i found out na sobrang mas tugma yung working experience ko as a 233513 Production or Plant Engineer with specialisation as Automation and Control engineer.

In my case, graduate ako ng Electronics Engineer, pero work ko is Telco Network Engr. I opted to be assessed with the latter profession kasi mas kaya ko sya ibackup with Career Episodes using my work expi. We can wait rin ng sagot ng others na mas pinaassess ung course graduated over work expi :)

Hi! Can you please give me advice regarding this comment from EA:
"Please clearly define your duties and tasks, and provide sufficient engineering details and examples to solidly demonstrate the competencies of Civil professional engineers. Please also add more details on problems faced and solutions found.

This career episode is too descriptive, lacks of sufficient engineering detail and does not demonstrate your personal engineering contribution. You have not yet demonstrated the competencies of a Civil professional engineer in this career episode. Please, re-write and re-submit this career episode. Please include reliable and sufficient engineering evidence [diagrams, photos, calculations, tables etc.] to support this career episode in line with page 7 of prepare-your-migration-skills-assessment-application guide available in Engineers Australia website."

    Thank you so much :)

Thank you po. Sana may makasagot po sa akin. :)

@lavenderhaze it depends po sa type ng career ep na sinulat nyo, ako po kasi 1 project 1 ep. for my case po naglagay po ako atleast 3-4 problems faced tapos inexplain ko po pano ko sinolve, site investigations like trial holes, soil investigation, technical approach (formula na ginamit), tools like excel, autocad para gawin ung design, tapos po presentation to client using powerpoint, collaboration din pong ginawa with other disciplines, tapos prepared report at cost estimation with qs, to get approval then implementation by contractor. After nun sa dulo ano un lessons learned or take away. Hope this helps po.

    Hello everyone!

I have a question regarding drafting of career episode. I've finished the draft for 2 career episodes which are based on the projects I've initiated and successfully implemented. I'm thinking of basing my 3rd career episode on my duties and responsibilities throughout my 8 years of work experience starting from daily work, to process improvement and commissioning. I am thinking of making a career episode including all of these. Is this idea very broad to fit in 1 career episode?

I am a mechanical engineer by profession, however I am more on the production engineer side with regards to my work. Thank you for the response!

I think it's a gample if you're going to only use duties and responsibilities since its already a redundancy of the first two episodes, if I am right? Better use another project. 8 years is a lot of experience, you can definitely get another project from there.

I'm mindful that EA will assess based on the selected occupation, for me it is for the production engineer, however is it possible that they assess me through the ANZSCO group code of Industrial, Mechanical, & Industrial Engineer? Will EA adjust or they will just base there assessment on the selected occupation? Thank you

I think it's a gample if you're going to only use duties and responsibilities since its already a redundancy of the first two episodes, if I am right? Better use another project. 8 years is a lot of experience, you can definitely get another project from there.

Thank you for the response @lmsg06. The response was very helpful. I have another question regarding the ANZSCO codes. I'm mindful that EA will assess based on the selected occupation, for me it is for the production engineer, however is it possible that they assess me through the ANZSCO group code of Industrial, Mechanical, & Industrial Engineer? Will EA adjust or they will just base there assessment on the selected occupation? Thank you

If EA deem you're more suitable to a different occupation, they'll confirm it first through a comment for which you'll need to respond. They won't change your selected occupation without your knowledge. Know someone who were in the same situation.
