    @alrakeam_18 hi. i also applied thru IDP this month lang. posible pala mag apply to 2 unis? di ko alam yun ah. sa ACU lang ang application ko kasi yun ang closest sa house ng bro ko. :( tanong ko lang, will IDP inform you kung nasubmit na nila application? or hintayin ko na lang ang offer ng uni? i want to try din sana mag apply sa other unis kasi baka nga marefuse ako sa ACU (wag naman sana). what do i do?

    @iheartoz sa experience ko with idp makati... hindi nila ako inemail kung napasa na nila yung application ko.. what i did was after 2 weeks kong nag submit ng application nag follow up agad ako sa kanila through email.. sumagot naman sila kaso wala pa daw... kung ACU ka nag apply mabilis lang sila mag send ng letter of offer mga within 2 weeks... kapag wala pa at umabot na ng 4 weeks ikaw na mismo mag email sa school to follow up...

    @alrakeam_18 10 weeks ELICOS ko. 3600 AUD. tagal nga eh pero sana makapasa ako agad sa eng placement test ng univ. so that mabawasan yung duration. currently, nag-apply ako for credit, 3 weeks na ako naghihintay ng letter of offer, kaso nasa faculty pa daw for assessment. sana dumating na this week.

    @iheartoz for student visa lang yung statutory declaration. basta pag streamlined visa processing yung university, no need for other proof of funds. got the information here sa forum lang din. :)

    Hi I need an advice, My cousin's husband issued an affidavit of support for my Student Visa Application. He included his ITR, ANZ Home Loan Bank Statements with Redraw policy, passport with this affidavit. When I submitted these to the agency, they did not accept the Bank statement and they required a Bank Certificate with outstanding balance and 3 mos transactions. Okay, "my cousin in law the" then send a their joint bank account, but the wife(my first cousin) is not included in the affidavit, only the husband. Is this acceptable? I read somewhere and that a home loan with redraw policy is accepted. HELP :)

    @annalissajoan just to be sure, make your cousin sign the affidavit too. 'coz both of them decides on what to do with the money since joint account nga. and if you don't know this yet, the minimum amount reflected in the transactions within the three-month period should not be below your required fund. kasi hindi yung ending balance ang pinagbabasehan nila kundi yung pinakamaliit na balanse na nakareflect sa statements. the fund should not be less than what is required of you to show in any occasion within the period.

    @annalissajoan in my opinion, magkakaroon ng doubt as to how you could access their fund kung iisa lang pipirma because your cousin can anytime hold it since di naman sya pumirma sa affidavit. ibig sabihin, wala syang binigay na consent. better be on the safe side. kumpletuhin mo na lang.

    Matagal ba angrereply ang IDP? Nakapag email na kasi ako sa kanila twice but until now, I still have no news about my request. Please advise. Thanks

    June 17 - Uni sent a message that they approved 14 credits for prior learning.
    June 21 - Uni emailed: move my intake to Feb 2014.
    July 5 - Passed IELTS! Yipee. Emailed Uni my result.
    July 16 - Received conditional OFFER LETTER from Uni. :)
    July 19 - sent my TOR to Uni.
    July 22 - Uni received my TOR
    July 24 - received my UNCONDITIONAL OFFER.
    July 31 - paid tuition fees and received COE
    Sept 16 - lodged visa application 573 SVP with one dependent thru VIA
    Sept 17 - acknowledgement from embassy with medical request.

    Mahirap makuha yang figures na tinatanong mo at inde ka makakakuha ng tamang sagot .. it will always depend how much your sponsor can afford ... rule of the thumb basta merong pera yung sponsor normally mag seset ng amount yung immigration papasa at papasa ... I am guessing kasi nakwento sa akin ng isang ka-forum na she produced ( bank loan 35k$ ) as a show money nung nakapasa binalik din sa bank .. in short na satisfy lang yung fund requirement then ok na
