@jennyC maam ung VAC po visa application charge. Aside po sa binayad nyo upon lodging if ever gusto ma waived ung functional english requirement ng husband mo kelangan mag bayad ng another visa fee na equivalent ata ng sa main applicant. Un po ang sinabi dun sa co contact namin before. Nagtaka nga din ako kung bakit nag require pa ng proof of functional english eh may nasubmit na kami na CEMIs from primary and secondary. Hindi ko po sure kung mandatory or depende sa matapat na co.

@TINKALAW thank you po sa pagsagot. From tertiary school lng po yung CEMI na submit po namin. Ksama na diploma at TOR. Sana ok na po yun. D kmi nag claim ng partner points. Were you trying to claim pts po? Mahal din po pala pag babayad para ma waive. Cguro we'll settle nlng din sa PTE if ever. Nag agency po kmi, wala pa pong balita eh. Sana po faster grants this year.

Yes po, since na provide na po nila soonest lahat ng submission (Valid Medical, Police Clearance, Employment at (other personal details are cleared)

Uy, 36 months for 190! Would you know if based ba yan sa age ng visa applications (meaning 90% of the visas processed were submitted years back pa, kaya umabot nang 36 months na processing)?

If yes, probably a good sign na the backlog is clearing up... If not, gg sa 3 years Hopefully matulad sa 189 down the line, and maging mas mabilis.

They are based on the age of the recently granted applications. Natambakan na malala kasi ang 190 di ba which they were able to clear recently, tapos ang 189 walang invitations virtually in the past 2-3yrs during the height of the pandemic. Sana lang talaga magtuloy tuloy yung processing nila para walang mapagiwanan na naman.

Ah gets, thanks for clarifying!! Seems like mabilis naman ang pagprocess for the newer applications. Sana tuloy tuloy na nga 🤞🏼

I went with IOM kasi mas mura sila ng 1k HAHA. My experience with them was smooth naman. Ang dami nga lang tao nun kahit weekday, which I think is normal. When it comes to the results, ang hindi ko lang nagustuhan sa kanila is yung hindi nila pagdisclose. May nakita daw silang abnormality sa chest x-ray ko so they had to do a second scan. Then pinabalik ako to do ANOTHER scan, so I asked anong meron, but they didn't disclose. Ang sa akin lang, I paid for this, dapat sabihin niyo sa akin yung resulta ko. Anyway, na-clear naman ako sa ImmiAccount in 3 days.
