Hi, question po regarding ACS and EOI. Kung ano po ba yung skilled employment na binigay ni ACS, yun na din po ba yung lalagay ko sa employment history ko sa EOI?

Background is I've work on a company in AU for 5 yrs pero I was outsourced through a Registered BPO company here in PH(technically employed ako under BPO company..company name ng BPO lumalabas sa SSS, payslip, ITR)..On my 1st year I was with BPO-A then 2nd-5th year I was BPO-B...pero technically ang nabago lng is payroll or the HR side pero I still work on the same AU company and directly reporting to the same CTO..lumipat lng kami ng location/office kaya nagiba ng BPO..

Option 1:
1st year - COE/employment refference - company letter head ng BPO-A
2nd-5th year - COE/employment refference - company letter head of BPO-B

Option 2:
1 COE/Employment Refference for the whole 5 years with company letter head of the AU company...

For consistency po ng payment evidence ninyo, I would suggest follow niyo po yung lumalabas na company sa lahat ng payment evidence (SSS, ITR, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH, PAYSLIP) na ilalagay sa reference letter including the dates.

Anyone experienced na nagpa review ng application? Dumating na yung results ko sa ACS. Kaso palpak. Wala kasing job responsibility COE sa application ko, kya naging zero years yung experience ko dahil d daw ma asses yung skills. Kya may iuupload sana akung mga additional requirements pra ma asses yung skills ko ng mabuti.

Question is, kinakailangan pa bang iupload lahat dati yung mga requirements ko? or yung mga additional requirements lang?

natry ko na po magpareview.. yes, yung added document lang need mo iupload basta within 60 days pa nung lumabas yung initial result. sakin inabot ng 7 weeks bago lumabas yung review result

Regarding po dito. Kapag magpapareview, pwede ba magupload ulit ng panibagong statutory declaration na may added description?

Thanks Ms. @RheaMARN1171933 I will go for option 1..if the BPO cant provide the detailed COE..then I will ask for the refference letter from my CTO from the AU Company..yung Company letter head should always be the BPO Company pa din anu not the AU company?

The AU company isn’t your employer so you can’t submit an employment reference letter from them. Read the acs guideline, this will help you. All the best

Hello, planning to pursue po sana yung EOI ko, currently working po as SAP Administrator dito sa Manila for nine years na, any suggestion po if I should review and take IELTS or PTE first before magsumbit ng EOI? Saan po ba mas ok magpaassess sa ACS po ba mismo or sa Vestassess?

Looks like you need to do further research pa. You can’t lodge an EOI if you’ve not done your skills assessment. Prioritise thus first then English then EOI. Skills assessment is the make or break. Needs to be done before anything else.

Tho ECE ako pero halos same ung description ng Job/Skills ko if ACS or EA ako mag pa assess.
May detailed checklist na po ba kayo ng requirements na pwede i-share sakin?
Need na po ba agad ng English Language Proficiency Exam sa ACS skill assessment?
Gusto ko sana sa ACS muna mag pa assess bago sa EA. Medyo matrabaho sa EA at mahal ang cost.

Nope, they stopped requiring authenticated or certified true copy of documents.

Hello, just submitted my documents for skills assessment sa ACS.
May mga questions po ako and sana may makatulong sa akin. Little background lang po muna:

College: BSCS in AMA Computer College
1st employer: feb 2005 - feb 2007 (2 yrs)
2nd employer: mar 2007 - oct 2010 (3 yrs 7 mo)
3rd employer: nov 2010 - oct 2022 (11 yrs 11 mo)

Dahil section 3 lang ang school ko, automatic 10 points lang ang pwede ko makuha sa education no? Kasi hindi mare recognize ang Bachelor degree ko para maka claim ng 15 points?
Dahil hindi recognized ang education ko as Bachelor's degree (afaik), ilan kayang years of XP ang mababawas sa akin? Ang alam ko ay 5, pero base sa mga nababasa ko dito at sa facebook groups, merong more than 5, meron din namang less than 5.
Yung years na ibabawas nila sa XP ko to compensate for my Degree, dun naman nila ibabawas yun sa 1st and 2nd employer ko no? Kahit lampas na siya sa 10 years?
Totoo pa din kaya yung nabasa ko a few pages ago na kahit 65 points ay nai invite sa 189 visa basta offshore? Parang ang mga nakikita ko kasi sa facebook, puro 85+ lang e. Kasi sa case ko mukhang 75-80 lang ang max points na maiipon ko.

Not really sure how ACS deduct points but this is based on our experience.
We are from section 2 schools.
In 2018, ACS deducted 4 years for H (Adv Diploma) and 2 years for W (Bachelor, got bachelor bcoz of GPA)
In 2022, ACS deducted 6 years for H (Adv Diploma) and 4 years for W (Bachelor)
H started working in July 2017 and W in May 2019 - ACS credited all work experiences.
Note: This is just my observation, they will credit the points beyond 10 years however the skilled date deemed will be adjusted based on the last 10 years. But I think we need more data to validate this observation.

For 189, they are inviting 65 points but currently not from our profession. From the last round (Dec 2022) they are inviting 85+ IT professionals. Search for skillselect invitation rounds for more info.

You might want to consider 190 which is state-sponsored. You need to secure 65 points and satisfy the state selection criteria.

Correction: experience not points

Note: This is just my observation, they will credit the experience beyond 10 years however the skilled date deemed will be adjusted based on the last 10 years. But I think we need more data to validate this observation.

Yes, 10 points max kasi the only way na maging bachelor's degree ang assessment from section 2 or section 3 is if may board exam (which is wala for CS/IT)
It could be 5 years or 6 years deduction, pero magrefer ka sa ACS guidelines. Meron dung table na nakalagay ilang years ibabawas nila depende kung ICT major or ICT minor yung degree

Marami pong naiinvite ngayon, both 189 and 190. Basta maglodge po kayo ng EOI as soon as possible

So kung mabawasan man ng 6 years ang 17+ years XP ko as programmer, I guess good pa din ako sa 15 points para sa overseas skilled employment?

May isa pa po pala akong tanong, if ever nakulangan ang ACS sa documents na pinadala ng applicant, nagrerequest naman sila through email no?
at kapat naibigay mo na yung additional na hinihingi nila, napa process ba nila kaagad yun? or balik ka naman sa mahabang antayan?

Hello po. Currently gathering payment evidence para sa Skills Assessment. Kulang kulang po yung documents na meron ako kaya yung dalawang acceptable payment evidence type na pinaka-kumpleto (highlighted in green), per employer, yung balak kong i-submit. Okay lang po kaya ito?

Additional questions rin po:

Para sa SSS, meron po ba sa inyo na kulang kulang yung month coverage ng employer sa employment history, kahit wala namang kulang sa payment? If oo, ano pong ginawa ninyo para maayos? Tatawag palang po ako sa SSS within the week, baka sakaling maayos nila.
Sa Company A, di ko na po ma-retrieve yung kumpletong evidence aside from PAG-IBIG (unless may pag-asa pa yung SSS). In case po, hindi i-coconsider ni ACS yung experience ko from Jul to Dec 2014, since Jan 2015 yung earliest payslip ko, tama po ba?
Sa Company C, yung last PAG-IBIG period coverage for that employer was Jul 2021, kahit na Aug 2021 ako umalis kay employer. Pwede ko po kaya i-submit yung payslips ko since ang end date ko doon is Aug 2021?
