May isa pa po pala akong tanong, if ever nakulangan ang ACS sa documents na pinadala ng applicant, nagrerequest naman sila through email no?

@denzyou I don't think this is true. ACS will assess your qualification/experience based on the current documents provided, if they see you missed out expect a not favourable outcome, thus it is important to carefully read their guidelines and follow.
Check ka sa fb groups or even on this thread, there were already cases that experience entry was not counted.

They have the prerogative to decide based on the documents you provide whether complete or not complete. Most often than not, out of goodwill, they do ask the applicant for more but they’ll only provide 7 days to come up with the documents they want.

Parang hindi po sila nagrerequest ng kulang na documents. Diretso na result po agad. For ex. kulang ka po ng payment evidence or reference letter na walang JD, usually ang nakalagay po sa result ay "Not Assessable Due to Insufficient Documentation."
Pwede ka po mag pa review or appeal po ata yun para re-assess po yung application niyo and submit the missing docs.

Parang hindi po sila nagrerequest ng kulang na documents. Diretso na result po agad. For ex. kulang ka po ng payment evidence or reference letter na walang JD, usually ang nakalagay po sa result ay "Not Assessable Due to Insufficient Documentation."
Pwede ka po mag pa review or appeal po ata yun para re-assess po yung application niyo and submit the missing docs.

They do ask further documents from time to time….but safe to assume they don’t because technically they can finalise skills assessment applications as how they were submitted.

Oh my bad. Kala ko po kasi hindi based sa mga nakikita ko na may mga ACS results with insufficient docs. I agree po na dapat complete na yung docs na isusubmit para safe.

Hi po! Baka may makasagot. Nagpaassess po ako and may isa akong work experience na naging not related sa nominated occupation ko. Meron na akong sinubmit na stat dec para dun. Gusto ko sana magpreview ng assessment sken tapos magpapasa ulit ako ng additional stat dec. Question ko sana is pwede pa ba ako magpasa ng additional stat dec na medyo aayusin ko ung roles and responsibilities na pasok sa nominated role ko? Mas mura kasi magpa review kesa mag NAATI for additional points. Salamat po.

Sa Company C, yung last PAG-IBIG period coverage for that employer was Jul 2021, kahit na Aug 2021 ako umalis kay employer. Pwede ko po kaya i-submit yung payslips ko since ang end date ko doon is Aug 2021?

Salamat po sa pag respond. I contacted both BIR and my previous company, hindi daw po sila nagkikeep ng BIR documents. Hinahabol ko po na maayos yung SSS Employment History. Tanggap ko na rin kung sakaling hindi ma-count yung experience from Jul to Dec 2014, pero hindi naman po siguro magkaka-issue yung 2015 onwards?

So disappointed the assessment na nareceive ko. I waited for 4 months and paid 530 AUD and on my 4th assessment tiyaka pa ako naging unsuitable. Di ko magets basis nya eh same documents lang nmn sinubmit ko plus additional ones for my current employment.

hmm weird naman po nila. Try niyo po mag-appeal and maybe share the ACS result letter from previous assessment po ninyo. Sayang naman po.

Kamusta application nio with ACS? gaano katagal inabot? nag paasses ako nung September 1st week, up until now wala pa rin ung result, nasubmit ko naman na ung additional requirement nila. Pero more than 20 weeks na ako nag aantay not including holidays huhuhu

nag try ako contakin sila para sa updates, pero ang sabi "Application Status enquiries will not be answered."

Sobrang tagal ng ACS compared sa ibang assessment bodies. Di enough ang reason na maraming applications, kaso no choice ang mga ICT peeps. I filed mine 4 weeks ago, still Application Submitted ang status. Try mong tawagan na lang sila instead of email, kasi sobrang tagal na kung 20 weeks.

Sobrang tagal ng ACS compared sa ibang assessment bodies. Di enough ang reason na maraming applications, kaso no choice ang mga ICT peeps. I filed mine 4 weeks ago, still Application Submitted ang status. Try mong tawagan na lang sila instead of email, kasi sobrang tagal na kung 20 weeks.

ACS is one of the skills assessing authorities that I like dealing with because they are pretty accurate with their processing time. Before, when it wasn’t as busy as it is now, we used to get results within 2 weeks. Now, that’s a thing in the past…but we usually get results within 12 weeks. On rare occasions, I would have to follow up if I’ve not heard anything after 12 weeks, because rightfully, I can question their processing time based on their normal timeline. When this happens they come back to me with the outcome na. Points here is - if it’s beyond their processing timeline, don’t even think you can’t demand an explanation why they are taking so long to decide on your case. Hope that helps.

Yeah, thanks for the insight, nung nag apply ako 8~10 weeks lang ung processing nila nag increase lang nung mga November into 12 weeks.

Nag try ako iemail sila ng almost every week since November, actually after 12 weeks, dun lang sila nag request ng additional documents, pero ung additional documents na un, is just a verification lang ng source. Then after that, wala ng response, kahit na sabi nila na they will assess If no further documents are received within 7 days. As much as possible ayaw ko sanang tumawag, kasi ang mahal ng long distance tapos same lang naman sasabihin sakin. Pero I might call them na lang.

Apologies if mukhang rant sya, nag hahanap lang din ako ng same case ko. Baka ganun lang talaga katagal ung processing ni ACS and need ko ng more patience pa. Or unlucky lang talaga ako sa assessor ko and need ko na tawagan to follow up.

Naghahabol kasi ako na malodge ko ung EOI before ako mag turn ng 33 this April, sayang din ung 5 points. Inaantay ko lang si ACS, hoping to get a Bachelor Degree and 2 years deduction sa work experience, though expected ko na AQF Diploma lang un and 6 years ang deduction, since nasa section 3 ang University ko

Need ko ba antayin ung ACS Result before mag lodge ng EOI? Or mag lodge na ako and assume ung mga expectation ko to not overclaim din?

Base lang dito

Graduate ako ng BS Computer Science major in Application Development pero sa section 3 University, so mejo expected ko na AQF Diploma lang maasses sakin, pero hoping pa din.
And 12 years of experience as a Software Engineer (from the start).
Then I applied for Developer Programmer - ANZSCO 261312, since same lang naman ung description nia sa 261313 and baka sakaling maasses as Bachelor's Degree since ung major ko is App Dev.

Ayus, 1990 Aries represent din ako hehe. Though ako nagaassume na 25pts na lang for age since January lang ako nagapply for assessment. Good luck brother.

Inaantay ko lang si ACS, hoping to get a Bachelor Degree and 2 years deduction sa work experience, though expected ko na AQF Diploma lang un and 6 years ang deduction, since nasa section 3 ang University ko

Need ko ba antayin ung ACS Result before mag lodge ng EOI? Or mag lodge na ako and assume ung mga expectation ko to not overclaim din?

Hello same case, 11/4 nagpa-assess pero til now wala pa din result. It depends sa assessor tlaga ata. Ung kilala ko mas nauna pa ako mgsubmit ky ACS, pero sya my result na sya before hitting 12wks. 🙂

I am planning magpa assess ACS. Gusto ko lang ask kung may format po ba yung documents na mga sinubmit sa ACS lalo na yung mga job roles and responsibilities sa previous ad current employer. Kung meron po kayo alam na mapag gagayahan sa format lang po.
Tingin nyo po ba paso sa ICT Business and System Analyst ang working experience ko. Kung hindi san po dapat.

2014-2017 - Senior service desk analyst with Major incident coordinator role.
2017-2022- Senior IT Analyst with Major Incident coordinator role (Payment Gateway Company)
2022-Present - Local Incident Manager (Engineer III) sa isang international bank,

medyo mahirap sagutin 'to without seeing the full list of roles and responsibilities. depende po yan. Pag nagsulat po kayo ng roles and responsibility sa stat dec, importante pasok sya sa roles ng target ANZSCO niyo, pero di po pwedeng kopyahin lang yung nasa ANZSCO.

1.Gantong format po yung pinaggayahan ko nung nagrequest po ako ng mga reference letter(COE) sa mga previous and current employer ko po.

2. If you think match po yung Job Description niyo po dito
then go for 261111 - ICT Business Analysts. If not po you can check ANZSCO Code information po to see if what occupation is a good fit sa JD po ninyo.

UPDATES: Tumawag ako to demand an explanation kung bakit matagal ung process nila sa application ko, mejo mahal nga lang ung long distance since antagal ng waiting time, tapos ang ending hindi alam ng nakausap ko kung anong status, irelay pa daw sa someone na nakakaalam and will get back to me. huhuhu

Pero atleast nag bago na ung dashboard application ko, hindi na sya waiting for documents, nasa with assessor na ulit. Mukhang natabunan ung application ko. Unlucky sa assessor and sa customer service, pero sana positive and maganda ang result

Hello po. 2years ago agent po yung nag apply ng ACS ko. Ngayon ako nalng po mag pa-process ulit ng ACS. Question po:

Ano po pwede ko ilagay sa Postcode? wala po kasi akong postcode dito sa UAE.
Need ko pa po ba e submit ulit ung na assess na dati na work experience ko? Or upload ko nalng po yung current work ?
