  after sending the form 929 to [email protected], do i still have to send the same to australian embassy in makati? naguluhan kasi ako sa sagot nung taga-embassy eh. sabi nya, email namin DIAC and then padalhan din daw sila dun kahit thru courier na lang daw ng mga photo copies ng old and new passport. Di pa ba enough ung i-notify na lang DIAC?

  Just want to share this guys.. I was about to send the (scanned)docs to [email protected] but just in time i received the email from my CO with instructions on where to send those documents/updates/changes in circumstances/address... but don't wait for your CO as much as possible, send it ASAP

  Hi guys... question po... need din ba magsubmit ng form 1022 Notification of Change of Circumstances kung ang updates is change of employer ni husband?... ako po ang main applicant for 189 visa.

  Haaays totoo pala na nagveverify ang DIAC sa work... tumawag dito sa office, nagkataon wala palang email address yung manager ko sa sinubmit kong certificate tapos naka-leave pa sya today kaya siguro ako nalang hinanap sa receptionist namin. Hindi ko alam kung kakabahan ako or hindi, tinatanong nya kung pede ko daw ibigay yung email address ng HR namin then I told her na yes she's our HR but hindi nya alam na may visa application ako sa OZ hehe. So ok naman sa kanya na yung manager ko nalang na nagsign ng cert ko.
  
  Kaya ngayon napapaisip ako na baka need ko din i-update ang CO ko sa change of employment ni husband in case need din nila magcheck kasi nag-claim ako ng partner skills. Yung previous company kasi ni hubby biglang nagsara na din so hindi na contactable yung phone sa employment cert.

  Good evening everyone. Just want to ask, how about for those who stated "de facto" status during the EOI application, then afterwards decided to get married before the the visa application? Do we need to submit Form 1022 & email to [email protected] even before the lodgement of application? or do we need to wait for CO allocation & just email it to our CO? any advise pls?   18th March - CO requested documents (PCC & evidence of employment)
  19th March - Submitted docs & apply for PCC
  3rd April - Submitted PCC
  5th April - VISA Grant! -- Thank you Lord, Your timing is just soooo perfect I'm in awe of your goodness!

  @carlaglam,in my own opinion pag may C.O kna cguro may submit ng form 1022 kasi may c. o ka na diyan na sila hihingi ng additional papers...
